To replace a kitchen faucet and insinkerator module for my food disposal unit was going to cost me $1000 in labor! That’s if I purchased the parts at Home Depot. Total cost for the faucet was $130 and the module was $120. That’s $250 in parts and $1000 in labor. If I wanted your company to buy the faucet and module, it would cost $1800-$1900 total! Wow! Talking about taking advantage of a consumer. I will look for another plumber.

I would highly recommend Works Plumbing - they replaced our leaking heater in couple of hours after we called them. Quick, polite, attentive and professional service.

The team arrived at 9am to access what was wrong with the sink and let us know what the issue was and what was needed. They stepped out for 30 minutes to pick up the parts, came back and were done with the whole job before 11:30!

Had major and recurrent sewer line blockages under our house. Works Plumbing technicians were capable and professional. They managed to design and implement a long term solution involving installation of an epoxy liner to avoid interior demolition and repairs. No problems since. Impressive 50-year warranty on the liner installation, so it should out live me by a long shot.

Dominic is very easy to work with, he came on time and helped us check a potential water leaks, ultimately we confined it was not a plumbing issue, but he had made the whole process very smooth with great communication and knowledge. The plumber came he was very professional he did a great job. He had to shimmy underneath my house to figure out what was leaking. He then took a picture of it so that he could show me which I appreciate very much. It gave me all my options on what I could do to repair it and how much it would cost. He was truly a pleasant person to speak with and was very personable. His professionalism is what sold me on going with your company for the repair. He is an asset to your company and should be commended for it.

The technician wrongly diagnosed that my entire house heating system should be replaced and presented me with more than $18000 $$$ estimate to begin the work and said it could go higher if other things turn out to be bad. He didn’t know the difference in between a boiler heating system and a water heater that heats up the water in our house. I suspected him and per a good neighbor recommendation called PG&E for appliance check. It turned out that the thermostat was not operating due to the breaker going off. So there was nothing wrong with anything. I like someone from work’s plumbing to explain this!

Its Friday night and my kitchen decided to stop working and water started to backup on my sink. Called these guys and even it was late in the day, they managed to squeeze me in and came to my rescue. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Mateo gave me options on what it will take to fix my clogged drain. I chose the middle one and repairs was done in a reasonable time frame. Overall I was completely satisfied.

Called Works early Friday morning to fix leaking shower faucet. John and Jorge came out with-in 2.5hrs sharp. Explained the work in detail, were super professional, nice and patient. Went out to pickup parts. returned in timely fashion and quickly completed their work.

I had a gas leak from my fireplace and ended up needing entirely new piping. Ray and his team were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the service (installed a sediment catch on the outside of the house vs inside to ensure PG&E’s satisfaction, for example). They even had surface & floor cleaner for any dust/dirt left from the service site and ensured the house remained spotless. Will be using Works Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!
