I live in Half Moon Bay and needed a new gas water heater. I called Caccia Plumbing in San Mateo to inquire about their pricing and spoke to Zaida who was incredibly helpful and lovely to talk to. Zaida scheduled for someone to come out to assess my water heater within a couple of days and the scheduling process was smooth and simple. Joseph was the technician who came out and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and so great to work with. He took a close look at the water heater and gave me information to allow me to make an informed decision on replacing. He said he would be able to install the new water heater the same day and his colleague, Andrew, came out with all the equipment and they worked together to get everything done quickly, efficiently, and with a great amount of care and attention. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and stress free and the price was right too! I will definitely be using Caccia Plumbing again and will be recommending to others. Have used Caccia for years. Had a very loud check valve on my sump pump. Eric and Joseph replaced it with one that is so quiet I had to check that it was actually working (it was). As always, Caccia's staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain what they are doing and why.

I have enlisted the help of many plumbing companies in the 53 yrs we have owned our home. Ed from Caccia has hit number one on our list. We had an outlet “burn” on us. I called Caccia Plumbing and explained what happened. They had initially set our appointment for a week out. When I expressed my concerns about a fire the woman with whom I was speaking told me she would call back. Not more than a minute went by when we received a phone call. Jaime Magana and Hector came to install the whole house water filtration system. He was very professional and polite. Before starting working on the project, he makes sure to review the process with me first to ensure we have the same understanding. When there was a discrepancy, he told me not to worry and will clear it with his boss before proceeding. It made me feel valued, easing my concerns, as a customer. The work done was very clean, detail oriented, and came out looking nice and professional. I am very pleased with the job. I was the fourth family to be referred to Caccia and I can see why they were recommended as a referral. Will definitely continue to refer Caccia to other families in the neighborhood.

We have now used Caccia Home Services twice, once for some electrical work at our home and, more recently, for some plumbing work at another house we own. Their electric technician Alan was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. The company’s chatbot and AI text system sucks. Minimally useful and creates a lot of confusion….and this is from someone who is very used to working w tech. Your AI system is not ready and it’s frustrating to interact with as a customer

We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. The first plumber fixed our leaky shower faucet, but afterward the hot water wasn’t hot enough. What really impressed us was how the company stood behind their work — they sent someone back out right away to make it right.

Caccia did a great job replacing the main sewer lateral. Ofa and the office staff did a great job communicating what work was to be done and provided a clear project timeline. The plumbers on the job, Jaime, Hector and Hipolito, were were highly professional, completed all of the work efficiently with excellent workmanship, and were very friendly to myself and my neighbors. Would definitely recommend Caccia, especially for a large job like this one.

I had Omar out to manage a few plumbing repairs and I was really impressed with his professionalism. He answered my questions clearly and thoughtfully and was happy to explain what he was doing every step of the way. He was careful with his work and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. Caccia is on the pricey side but I think they are worth every penny!
