I would definitely use Vortex again will recommend to all friends and family. Jose was a life saver I called him on a Sunday early in the morning around 9 and within an hour he was there. He is very professional, experienced and helped us throught this horrible mess we had to deal with. He took his time explaining what he was doing and how everything worked which was extremely helpful to us. Whenever we had a question he always answered his phone extremely easy to get ahold of. Vortex restoration honestly was so fast easy to work with and professional. Thank you again for all your help😊

We had a great experience with vortex restorations they explained the whole process over the phone it felt very reassuring that we were picking the right business. We had a mold issue, largely hidden, until it wasn't. After some research, I chose Vortex to clean up the mold and I'm glad I did. Jose responded quickly to my inquiry, stopped by the house and was given a work estimate of cost and time within hours.

His crew (Eric and Tony) started work right when I was told to expect them. They were courteous and efficient. They tore down the affected areas and it turned out to be a larger area than I anticipated. But the crew did all the work within the original schedule.

I have to say one of the most useful things Vortex provided was the expertise that I would have been completely unaware of. I was informed of all of the work steps and there were no surprises. They arranged for independent mold testing and certification, so I know they did a great job.

Jose even got me in touch with a great handyman to put the walls back together and he installed new cabinets.

I would give 10 stars to Vortex Restoration if I could. We had a flood at our house in the family room next to our laundry room washer & dryer. The washing machine overflowed.
We contacted Vortex Restoration. Jose and his team (with their high tech equipment) arrived quickly and did a fantastic job extracting all the water and cleaning up the area.
Jose was very helpful about the subsequent steps we needed to take and followed up with us afterwards till everything was resolved.

Great company to work with!! Jose and his team did an amazing job. I had them come out to clean the carpet in my little girls room.The carpet had terrible red stains I thought were going to be impossible to be removed but they got the job done! Happy with the result, I would highly recommend.
