I highly recommend Vortex restoration! I dealt with Jose and he very easy to understand when he explained things in the initial assessment. The costs were reasonable and he eased my mind with an honest assessment. I did not feel like I was cheated at all. They had 2 men (Danny & Tony) out to my house the same day to actually repair my wall. They were efficient with their work. The cuts into the wall were minimally invasive. As I said, I would highly recommend Vortex for your restoration needs.

Jose and his crew were amazing. We had a a water leak under the house which required 350 gallons of water removed. His crew was meticulous about keeping my floors clean while they removed debris. Jose assisted us in sending photos to the insurance company and in helping our plumber to complete his job. They made a stressful situation bearable. I would use them again in a heartbeat,

Servpro of Camarillo is amazing. We had a leak in our condo in while it sat empty. The leak went undiscovered for a month and basically spread through out the home causing major drywall damage and mold. The owner of Servpro, Mike, came in and assessed the damage and told me what he needed to do. Mike was very professional, honest and courteous talking with me and made me feel assured the job and the mold would be taken care of. His team came in and went above and beyond and had the job done in a timely manner.The mold was gone, like it was never there. I highly recommend Mike and his team at Servpro of Camarillo. I used ServPro for a recent water damage that I had. My water heater broke while I was away, and as I live in an apartment, it saturated the carpet and surrounding drywall. The office staff, Brooke and Brittani were very helpful on the few times I called there. The workers who came to my place were friendly and professional. I would use this company in the future if I had another similar incident.

I love this family owned company and have known and worked with them for more than 20 years. I used them frequently, when employed by a local large HOA of 2136 residences, to mitigate and restore water and fire damaged properties covered under the Association's Master Policy . . . and am presently using them for recent water damage to my own property. They never let me or the Association down. It is refreshing to hook up with them again and as usual they are responsive and so very professional. Add to that just plain nice people in a world that it's difficult to find these days.

We had a flood in our office in Camarillo. We called Servpro and met with their mediation consultant, Jason Coffman. He arrived on time, was professional and immediately started the mediation process. He kept me informed on the daily progress until it was completed. We called ServPro on Mothers' Day when a pipe burst and they were very quick to respond. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up immediately and the location of burst pipe was quickly located. ServPro oversaw the entire water remediation (fortunately, just two rooms and part of a hallway were involved.) They worked with the insurance adjuster and recommended professional sub-contractors who were respectful of my time and property. They let me know in advance when they would arrive and my family and I couldn't be happier with the work that was performed - from replacing all hardwood, repairing the areas affected by the water and painting several rooms. We couldn't have been happier with Mike Nunes, Jason Coffman, Jason Christenson, the packout team, and the sub-contractors.

Mike and company were great to work with and responsive to any questions I had concerning the project. Very professional and always willing to work around my crazy schedule. Jeff was another person who did quality work and was always willing to answer questions and even come over and do a couple quick last minute adjustments. Glad I called them for the job.

Mike and Brooke are incredible! I had water damage and was unable to use water at my home because of a broken water heater and the only positive that came out of this was working with the Servpro team. They helped get everything dried so that the water heater company could come back and install. Because of them I saved money on hotel stays and got to be back in home faster. THANK YOU!!

Great professional service. We had a water leak that started upstairs and and the water was coming out of the light fixture downstairs. Jason was here within an hour. He has been professional thought-out this horrible experience and has walked us through everything. There have been no surprises.
