I have my first swimming pool in a new home. Found this company on Yelp. They respond fast to any call or email and have done a great job. They even got through this past week to clean the pool when we were evacuated due to the fire. Easy to pay and love the texts I get when the work is done.

Great service!! We were able to set up an appointment to clean our pool immediately and Bell’s pool and spa came over and efficiently took care of our pool. We were very impressed with this company and will certainly be using them again!

Jeremy was able to troubleshoot right away why our Pool Sweeper was not moving around the pool as it normally does. Thank you, Jeremy! I hope your knees didn't end up with new extra dimples!

We have been with Bells Pools for over 12 years, they provide excellent, reliable and professional weekly pool service as well as timely and reasonable repairs. Having just purchased a house with a spa, I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to prepare it for its new owners. I was referred to Bell's Pool and Spa, so I called, and very soon after Bell sent Josh to drain, clean, and refill my spa, in addition to preparing it for use with the proper chemicals. He explained what he was doing each step of the way, and made suggestions for the care of the spa. Never having had a spa, having a pro like Josh set things up fresh for us was just what we needed. I would use Bell again for service.

As a new customer, it was especially nice and reassuring to meet with Justin, the owner of Bell’s Pool and Spa today. He was very friendly, understanding and professional and we feel like he sincerely cares about our pool and meeting our expectations. Having him come to our home and put his eyes on our pool, pool equipment area and have a face to face discussion about some issues that need to be dealt with with our pool, was extremely beneficial. Justin’s positive attitude and sincere desire to make things go right was really impressive. A+ for today’s experience with Bell’s Pool and Spa.

I have recently changed over to Bell’s after years with another “big name” pool service in our area. I sincerely regret that I didn’t make the change sooner!!! With the previous service, I never knew when they would show up and it seemed like each technician they would send was more surly than the last. (They all seemed like they hated their jobs.) Bell’s sent Anthony to my first service date and he is a godsend!!! He’s kind, personable and professional. I love that he always sends a message that he’s on his way and also a message when he’s done! My pool looks amazing after he’s been here. I would enthusiastically recommend Bell’s to anyone who is unhappy with their pool service!

I can see why this company was rated #1 when I did my google search for pool equipment repair! I called the other day and yesterday they sent a professional to my home for my pool problem. He arrived and quickly got to work on my pool, he tested all of my equipment, did a filter clean and when he left I was able to get my in pool and enjoy the day! I highly recommend this company for your pool needs! I am a very happy customer:)

Recently switched to Bells Pool Service after a few years of not finding the right fit for us. Lisa and her team made the switch seamless and effortless. I get a text message 20 minutes before Anthony arrives, which is super helpful while working at home and trying to juggle a busy meeting schedule and my barking dogs. 4/12/19 Ryan is great! He’s handling our weekly maintenance and we could not be more pleased. They mean it when they say “we’ll take care of it” ...fine dust and chunks of concrete had settled at the bottom of the pool from a recent repair of the flagstone. Ryan cleaned the whole thing out and the pool is sparkling and perfect one again. Highly recommend this service!

6/30/20 Reported a problem yesterday evening, had a phone call within an hour reassuring me someone would be out to fix it. Josh arrived At Noon and handled everything. Great response time and service we can trust.

I am glad to switch to Bell’s pool service for all my pool needs. The quality of work Mr. Marty does to our pool every week has been outstanding. I highly recommend the Bell’s Pool Services to everyone who owned a pool around Ventura County. From Lisa (who took my request over the phone) and to Marty (the Pool Guy) have been so professional and they really cares about the needs of their clients.

After using the same pool company for months, they became unresponsive. I searched gif other services to no avail. I found Bell through a community Facebook page. Their technician asked me to fill up the spa and he would return to clean the filter. As promised, he returned later the same day and explained the issue and cleaned the filter. He did not alert us to his departure, however.

Spoke to Pentair about my Pool Pump being damaged and filing a Warrenty Claim! They told me if it was damaged
when it was installed, it was NOT a Warrenty Issue! You had sent Josh back to Repair it! Should have never let him on my property. but thought he was going to Replace the Seals
Which were damaged during Installation! The Instructiins clearly states; The Pool Pump
Must be installed WET or the Seal's would be BROKEN!! The Pool Pump Immediately started
LEAKING WATER after he Installed it! When Josh came back, he tried to Replace the seals and used Super Glue on a movable part! It had to be Replaced because of the Super Glue. "Josh" was totally unqualified to Install the pump!
You should have Never sent him to Install a $3,195 Pool pump! The very least you can do is Reimburse me for $700

Total scammers! Do NOT book online! I called and called to schedule service... no answer thought oh well maybe I do need to book some online and go on their website as their voicemail tells you to do well I messed up and did that no one scheduled me for service no service was rendered and now they're claiming that service was rendered to my credit card company after I declined the charge because again no service was ever scheduled nor was I ever contacted. My mistake is that I booked online for monthly service! Never contacted me! No one got back to me! I paid in advance speaking to no one and called and texted left messages no one got back to me...but they finally spoke to my credit card company to make a false and fraudulent claim that they did provide service. I highly don't recommend. 2/25/25 I booked online ... April update they told cc company false info to keep my money!

Our pool cleaner comes every single week for a tiny spa/pool but charges $160 every two weeks. For that amount of money I have texted emailed and called and received no response when a dead bird landed in my pool and I need to know how to chemically treat it. No one responded to me whatsoever. I am willing to write grand reviews for companies that actually respond to its consumers, but this company isn’t able to do so for whatever reason though I have left a few voicemails text messages and even an email so I am left to believe that they are more interested in me paying $160 for a spa just to be cleaned and barely treated for maintenance. This is an exorbitant amount of money for a company not to respond to its loyal customer and I’m trying to cut down on the services because I’m now a single mom and I can’t get anyone to respond so I’m writing this review.

I have canceled your service. I’m done with your service and today. I got a note saying that you had been here. I checked on my ring camera and no one was here. Who the hell are you trying to scam? You will be hearing from my lawyer.

We've had a few pool services over the years - Aqua EMC is by far the best we've had. Super responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and does great work for a reasonable price. Our pool has never looked better.
