AWC handles all the window cleanings and screen repair for our listings. They are responsive, responsible and reasonably priced. We highly recommend them.

I was grateful to get a Saturday appointment. However at the end of the experience I was very frustrated. First, one of my plantation shutters came off. Do you have a contact for someone who can fix that? Second, a screen was left leaning against the house in put back in place. Third, the wide base of a ladder is still in my backyard.

The team showed up on time with a brief text first. Jana the lead went through a window count and made sure we were on the same page. Then they went to work. They were fast because they knew what they were doing. No complaints at all, very impressed with the impact for the money.

I was very pleased when I came home to my beautiful cleaned windows & screens. The guys even made sure to wipe the mold that started growing around the windows. This time it was a different story, however they were very responsive to my concerns and were able to fix the issues and in the end I am very satisfied with the work Thomas was really great and resolved all my issues perfectly.
