Sewage Backup in the house , called Vortex Restoration to inspect and found walls and floor to be wet. Then filed a claim, VR talked to my adjuster and they were able to get approvals for the work to be performed. Great Workers and did a great job. I highly recommend Vortex Restoration !!

These guys were great!!! Had a burst pipe that had leaked into the floor. They came out the next day and have all the floors and walls up and starting drying the next day. They also did our pack out for construction. They dealt entirely with the insurance company for us. Made the process so much easier and less stressful. Would use them again and 100% would recommend them to a friend!!!

After listing our condo for sale, an inspector found extensive mold damage in the kitchen walls behind all the appliances. I was not a happy camper. I contacted Jose after being referred by the mold inspector, and found him to be a pleasure to work with. He and his crew promptly went out and removed all of the mold, and it passed inspection on the first try. They did an exceptional job, having to remove more than planned after getting into it. His price was more than fair, he was very prompt (completing the job within days of my contacting him), kept me informed, and was very courteous and professional. Having to deal with a mold issue is not a pleasant experience, but Jose and his crew definitely made it less painful. Great company!

We had tenants that destroyed our home and left it in filthy condition. Vortex had to remove all the carpeting and clean, sanitize and fog the entire home and garage (3,000 sq. ft.) and after 5 days, the home started to be what it was before the tenants destroyed it. They are everything that you would want a company to be. They went out of their way to make us happy. They went over and above to help us, they were highly professional and empathetic to our circumstances. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a water damage in our home recently and we didn’t know what to do. We searched online and called vortex restoration. Both Jose and Efrain came out to inspect my home. They showed me with their meter and infrared camera all of the affected areas. They were able to help me with filing a claim as they provided all paperwork to my insurance and got approvals to start the work in a timely manner.They did great job and made sure to keep me updated and informed during the whole process.

We had a small mold issue due to a leak beneath our sink, but big enough to have ourselves concerned about mold in some of the wood under the sink.
