Jose and crew were amazing! Had them do mold removal in a rental home, with the tenants home while work was done. They covered the carpeted work areas, were clean and efficient. Great communication with him, really came across as honest and customer-focused.

The owner of the company was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He saved my family’s New Year’s celebration, due to water damage from a broken water line we were going to cancel our party, but thanks to this guy we didn’t have to. Vortex got our home cleaned up and ready quickly! I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

We recently had a flood and didn’t know what to do! But then I remembered about vortex! I called them at 2am and they came right away! Did a quick inspection and got to work immediately. Not only was Jose very informative but very helpful in making sure I got well taken care of. We had a mold issue, largely hidden, until it wasn't. After some research, I chose Vortex to clean up the mold and I'm glad I did. Jose responded quickly to my inquiry, stopped by the house and was given a work estimate of cost and time within hours.

His crew (Eric and Tony) started work right when I was told to expect them. They were courteous and efficient. They tore down the affected areas and it turned out to be a larger area than I anticipated. But the crew did all the work within the original schedule.

I have to say one of the most useful things Vortex provided was the expertise that I would have been completely unaware of. I was informed of all of the work steps and there were no surprises. They arranged for independent mold testing and certification, so I know they did a great job.

Jose even got me in touch with a great handyman to put the walls back together and he installed new cabinets.

I would give 10 stars to Vortex Restoration if I could. We had a flood at our house in the family room next to our laundry room washer & dryer. The washing machine overflowed.
We contacted Vortex Restoration. Jose and his team (with their high tech equipment) arrived quickly and did a fantastic job extracting all the water and cleaning up the area.
Jose was very helpful about the subsequent steps we needed to take and followed up with us afterwards till everything was resolved.
