Reviews of local pros in Camino, California

Great job Dan and Crew

Great work guys!!!!

Dan does an absolutely awesome job. Thanks Dan.

Quick and clean. These guys showed up on time and cleaned up after the took the tree down. Great work!

One large tree came over in the winds to lean on one of our cabins and at the top, over a second cabin. Falling in tis own wasn't an option. A second large tree broke about 30' up and caught in another tree with a threat to the road below.

In both cases Dan Carstan was here the next morning and attacked the problems very successfully with an array of techniques. We will continue to have him as our tree guy.

Dan and crew just finished cutting down our (fairly) tall trees. Reasonable cost; they worked very methodically, so safety is a big part of what they do. Finally, they cleaned up completely afterward. I would highly recommend them.

I had two old oaks removed and I could not be happier with the service. The entire team was friendly, polite, and upbeat. Watching them work was impressive, they are highly skilled, the trees were near the house and they were very cautious of that. They well exceeded my expectations. Great folks!

Took down a tree for me quickly, easily, and safely! Was super easy to work with and did the job for a price none of his competitors could beat. Highly recommend!

yurrrrrr

Excellent local company with years of experience and knowledge of the industry. Won’t upsell you and charge you for things that don’t need done, very honest and upfront. Dathan the owner is timely and thorough you won’t be disappointed when you use Alexander Heating and Air Conditoning.

Dathan was extremely professional and responsive. He coordinated with my contractor and the whole project ran seamlessly. The install was clean and neat and our house is nice and toasty. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you Dathan!

On one of the hottest spells of the past year, our air conditioning/heat pump decided to stop working. We are talking 103° weather here. We tried calling around to other businesses, but everyone said it would be a 1 to 2 week wait. Thankfully, we found Alexander heating and cooling online, via Google. The owner, Dathan, came the same day we called to inquire about service. What a friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient and helpful man! He diagnosed the issue, had it fixed and our ac running in under an hour. MIRACLE!! We will be using Alexander heating and cooling for all of our future HVAC needs. We will also be recommending his PHENOMENAL services to everyone we know. Try Alexander Heating and Cooling— you will not be disappointed.

Dathan & daughter were exceptional!
We had to replace our existing furnace due to power surges from PG&E during the Caldor fire which burned the interior components.
We received a reasonable quote from Dathan and we had a new furnace installed in a few days. Also Dathan came by twice to insure the new furnace was working properly and took the old furnace away.
If you need a new furnace I would definitely recommend Dathan and his company, Alexander Pros!

We should have written this review a couple of years ago, but with the temperature today near 100 degrees in Cameron Park (and we are nice and cool inside) we are reminded how incredibly grateful we are for the work done by Dathan and his extraordinary team. When our A/C broke during a heat wave, Dathan came promptly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed for the repair, and kept us informed until the part was delivered and installed. Dathan’s customer service is a rare find in today’s contracting industry.

They were professional, responsive, and great at what they do. On our second project with Alexander Heating & Air Conditioning, they were clear in explaining how they would install zoned areas in our existing HVAC system to evenly heat and cool our home. They also installed a whole house fan. Due to their professionalism and expert knowledge, we have enjoyed 2 years of comfortable temperatures in our home.

It is obvious that they care about their customers and the quality of their work. We highly recommend this company.
