Eric built our cider and wine manufacturing facility and bar on Lincoln Ave in Willow Glen. The quality of his work, effort he puts in, and the way he treats the people who he's working for is extremely untypical of the field of general contracting.

Even if the number is only marginally different than what other GC's quoted you, your experience with Off Hours will be far different. Eric actively tries to make the cost go DOWN during the build. That should be all that needs to be said. Hire them. You won't feel like you are giving your contractor the final check to make him go away.

Eric is wonderful. I didn't get the chance to use him, due to that my project is residential, and out of the area, but he did communicate with me whenever I had questions with my project. We engaged OH to advise on a new HVAC installation and an unconventional spatial requirement, safe suspension of a 32’ x 26’ saltwater shark tank beneath our conference room. While other providers expressed concerns about feasibility, OH simply got to work.

They engineered custom duct work, a proprietary suspension grid, ensured the tank could bear dynamic load, and designed an access opening large enough for bulk feed deliveries.

The installation has been flawless. We now have the coolest office in Silicon Valley and our competitors have become remarkably cooperative. I wouldn’t work with anyone else, they are simply the best !!
