I had a very positive experience with Carlos and his team. I manage a local art studio and after the last
big storm we had water damage, which resulted in the drywall needing to be replaced. Our property manager uses On-Site Construction, and after they assessed the damage they got to work right away. From start to finish, they were professional and considerate of how the job would impact our customers and our work space. There was also constant communication— they always kept me informed on what they were currently doing and why.

As far as I could tell, this was not an easy job. They didn’t have a lot of space to work and to even get started they had to uninstall a built-in couch and track lighting. At the end of the job, they’d matched the color and texture of the wall perfectly and reinstalled everything else. The area looks exactly like it did prior to the water damage. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have been there several times for quick online purchase pickups but yesterday I needed some help and the team were very helpful and friendly. One of them is Tom who helped me find what I need and picked the right one among dozen options

I’ve been a loyal Home Depot customer for over 15 years through my work in construction and interior design. Recently, I went to return an unopened item with my receipt and the same debit card I used for the purchase. Despite having everything required, I was told I needed to show ID because they were “cracking down on fraud.”

While I had my ID, this is not Home Depot policy, and it appeared the store was selectively deciding who looked “fraudulent.” When I escalated the issue, the manager, Eric, stated, “We’re not a bank, and we’re screening for fraud.” Obviously management isn’t big on customer service so how can you expect the employees to be.

To confirm, I visited two other Home Depot locations and spoke with managers—none of whom had heard of this supposed policy. I also contacted corporate, and they confirmed the same. I’ve since filed a formal complaint because profiling customers and arbitrarily enforcing non-existent rules is unacceptable.

It’s always something at Home Depot smh In the end my cash was returned to me because I was in the right.

I have been meaning to renovate both my guest and master bathrooms in my loft for some time. Guest bathroom was a smaller scale job but master needed a major overhaul. I’ve had mixed experiences with previous contractors and have been in a long term procrastination mode. Coincidentally I found out that one of my colleagues had his entire kitchen renovated with ADVHI and he was very pleased with the work. He especially appreciated the fact that ADVHI was one stop shop with design service, materials and contractors under one roof and owner. I decided to give Sheryl a call and it was one of the best decisions I made.

From the very first meeting with Sheryl, there is a personalized focus which is consistent thru out the entire project. I was interested in a modern look and Caroline captured what I wanted in her proposals with varying budget levels. Of course the options were functional, but were also stylish with attention to design aesthetics which I totally appreciate. ADVHI offers a wide range of materials, but you never feel overwhelmed. Best part is you don’t need to walk aimlessly in a giant warehouse picking out materials. You just collaborate in the ADVHI studio and pick out your design and materials.

As for the actual workmanship, it is truly excellent. Reid and crew were on time, respectful of my space and accommodated my busy schedule. You can see the attention to detail and skill in the quality of their work. My bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. Through it all, I felt a level of assurance and trust with Sheryl and team which is important to me. The entire process just works. I highly recommend Advanced Home Improvement !

This Team of Construction Professionals, were fantastic. They exceed our expectations and they were all punctual and trustworthy and that was a great experience to have.
This was our first experience using this company and experiencing a remodel they were efficient to get everything completed in the time frame given and we appreciated that greatly.
