Context: My personal experience in assisting my neighbor who is a senior (81 years old) with a house repair from a car accident /collision impact to the front right side of his home with foundation/structural damage. First off Matt H. and his team are the epitome of professionalism. He communicated clearly and returned calls/emails promptly and succinctly. He also displayed a great degree of patience in hearing, listening and understanding the owners’ concerns, questions and requests. In addition, Matt articulated things in a way that made sense to the owner and helped ameliorate the process. The workmanship and material were excellent. This is especially apparent in the foundation wall, pier block footing and stucco/painting matching. All the proper safety measures were taken and at the end of each workday the area was cleaned and contained as possible. In summary I would highly recommend Matt and Crase Construction Team.

We hired Casa Utopia Builders to remodel both of our guest and master bathrooms. As we wanted high-quality materials and workmanship, I spent some time trying to find a reputable and flexible builder, with experience working with whole slab porcelain, solid material shower pans, curbless designs, licensing, design and a good network of suppliers and fabricators to work with. As these materials are expensive, it was very important that we find good contractors that are properly insured and licensed. Together with their designer Rinat, we came up with a design that met my requirements, as well as good suggestions to improve the design and alleviate costs by introducing us to new suppliers and options. The 3D renders were very accurate at predicting what the final project eventually looked like. The project proceeded in a streamlined manner, with the only delays associated with booking appointments for city inspections and some delivery delays of materials, both of which were not the responsibility of Casa Utopia. Casa Utopia was able to coordinate and work well with our glass installers to ensure proper drainage was supported. The team hired cleaners to ensure the worksite was tidy and clean and ready for use. Communication was frequent, prompt and professional, making project execution very efficient. The construction crew of Pablo and all his team, as well as the project manager, Raz were always very accommodating, professional and hard-working. Any requests we had were responded to within a day. We would definitely consider using Casa Utopia for any future projects due to this wonderful experience.

Our experience with Casa Utopia was fantastic. They worked on the remodeling of our master bathroom, guest bathroom and powder room, as well as replacing the flooring of our stairs and bedroom from carpet to SPC floor. Their team delivered with high professionalism, and effective communication. Our remodeling journey started with Rinat, their designer, with her talented creative design input that helped us turn our dream into reality, providing helpful advice on materials and layout. Then, we had an amazing Project Manager, Robert. Robert was very responsive and trustworthy, in addition to being courteous and making sure every concern gets an immediate solution, coming every day to our house to check on the progress of his team, sending daily pictures/videos and asking for our feedback to make sure everything was the way we liked. His crew was incredible too. Christian and his team were very efficient, attentive to our needs, and their execution was excellent.
Casa Utopia went above and beyond and were thorough professionals. The entire process was a breeze, thanks to a seamless communication. From start to finish, the Casa Utopia team was outstanding in every way—professional, knowledgeable, receptive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Im so grateful for all the help and work that was done by Casa Utopia Builders. I had a major water damage in my house in San Jose due to old water heater and because of that, half of my house had to be renovated. I hired Casa Utopia Builders to do a build-back after restoration company completed their scope of work. Casa Utopia Builders renovated my entire kitchen, living/family area, half bathroom, entry and the garage. I was very stressed out since it was the first time in my life that I had a big water damage and had to renovate half of my house, but Elior, the owner and the Project Manager, made the whole process easy for me. They have a lot of good ideas when it comes to design and helped me with choosing finishing materials like tiles, countertops etc. They're using special construction software called "Job Progress", so I was able to see the work progress, job schedule and my payments. I'm planning to do ADU in the back of my house in the future and I will definitely hire them again!

Elior is just an amazing general contractor, him and his crews did an a great job of adding 1,000 square foot to my house, including a new kitchen, two rooms and a bathroom.
Everything from the blueprints, the design of the kitchen and bathroom to the construction went well, professional, clean with high attention to the details.

I worked with Raz(proj mgr) and Daniel(contractor) to upgrade my small upstairs bathroom to code and they did finish the job professionally and on time. The renovation team demonstrated professionalism and reliability throughout the entire project. They consistently showed up during normal business hours, maintaining a steady pace of progress that allowed them to finish the bathroom renovation within the promised 3 week time frame. There were some unexpected issues along the way but at least they were able to resolve it quickly. Although they clearly knew what they were doing with the marble wall, in hindsight I wished I paid more attention to detail of marble consistency and caulking color choices to match with the look I desired. Additionally, be prepared for the inevitable. Once demolition begins, hidden issues are often uncovered, leading to additional expenses. Overall, I am happy with my new bathroom.

Jonny O. was excellent. For example it appeared the large lighted medicine cabinet had a crack across the main mirror. I processed a return and ordered a new one. Jonny realized it was glue from packing not cleaned off. He cleaned it. Brand New! I canceled the new order. I canceled the cancellation. One of many examples. I will do business with you again!
