I would recommend JM Construction. They did a great job on my mom’s kitchen remodel after her kitchen fire. They were patient with her and answered all her questions along the way.

My house was burned from last Christmas and JM Construction came to me and helped rebuild our home. It’s very surprising to me because we have never knew them before. I just gave them a contrast just as a clued. But after months by months they built in very details and listened what we wanted and needed. They did complete until ended and all the workers under JM Construction has proved and very good workers. You can trusted. We are very appreciated to Ron Hart who was found me and Jim Edens very polite to give to you all advised what you needed. Especially to Dave Bieber. He is manager. He took care all the workers. Thanks to Ben, Indigos , Antony, Hector etc. now my house is getting more beautiful than before I loved my house in every details. It is has been said that patience is a virtue, so here is our story. We had major damage to our upstairs master bath and bedroom which went through the walls and floors into our downstairs family room and bath. We contacted three different construction companies with JM being the most fully booked for several weeks out. Since JM came with high recommendations from a reliable source we decided to go with them and live with the inconvenience a little longer. Our contract letter read in part: “We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are committed to the highest level of quality and service”. JM lived up to this promise way beyond any expectations on our part.

To start, Ben, JM’s estimator, sent a detailed 19 page estimate to our insurance company and it was then declined by our USAA claims adjuster. In a very professional manner, Ben notified USAA of an oversight on their part and the full amount requested was immediately transferred into our checking account. Thank you to Ben! Once the restoration began we were provided with excellent work, in a timely manner, as well as kept informed throughout the process. Our scheduling needs were taken into consideration and adjustments were made accordingly and we were pleased with all the projects done by the sub-contractors. However, we were especially impressed by the meticulous attention to details and the professional mannerisms of the JM employees, Antonio, Hector, Julio and Stephen. Most of all, Dave, our Project manager, was there for us every step of the way. We would have been lost without his expert recommendations and guidance during the reconstruction process.

Thank you to everyone at JM Construction. We felt our business was appreciated and our property and privacy respected. Our restored home looks more beautiful than ever. No question, the JM Construction team is fully equipped, trained and knowledgeable to handle all aspects of your project. We highly recommend. Yes, our patience was rewarded.

The three men who worked on the repair of my sliding glass door were Naji, Alfredo, and Jose. Their work was excellent. Naji saw to all the work being done. Alfredo was professional and precise in his outstanding job of replacing the bashed-out glass door. Jose and Alfredo worked well together as a team.

Follow upon a larger job last year. A small outdoor access door JM installed as part of the job started binding when the house shifted during the winter. JM sent one of the carpenters over to refit the door, and now it works fine. No charge. I hope we’ve found the extremes of the effects of the weather on the door.

JM is a wonderful company! We recently added on a room to our ADU, from start to finish the project was handled very professionally with an excellent outcome. I can't say enough good things about the crew on site. The framers, Alberto and Miguel; the sheet rockers/finish carpenters/painters, Ceasar, Antonio and Ricardo all blew me away with their speed and skills... and our property was left spotless (inside and out). We would recommend this company to anyone that wants a long standing, professional company. We have had poor experiences with contractors that start construction right away and figure things out as they go. JM plans everything before for a smooth process and outcome!

JM Construction did an excellent job for us! They did an extensive repair for us where the main item was replacing a set of doors that had been damaged. I had called some places on my own prior to having JM come out and they all told me our door couldn't be matched with the other ones in the house. JM found me a door company that could match exactly what we had. Their team is highly skilled in multiple things so they can do complex repairs. In our case, they needed to put in new flashing, install the doors, restucco, and paint everything to match. They did high quality work and you can't even tell the doors had to be replaced. Thank you JM!

JM Construction was referred by State Farm following a fire to our home. The home has been completed and they did an excellent job. Rebuilding after a fire is stressful and complicated. They helped us navigate coordinating with our insurance company while ensuring our expectations were met. Rodrigo is an excellent project manager. His communication was great and he worked with us to make sure our needs were fulfilled.

I was recommended JM Construction through my insurance company after my dishwasher leaked, causing water damage in my kitchen. Every crew they sent was great, they were all polite and professional. Any issues were corrected right away. The end results look great, and I would definitely call them again.

Excellent experience! Interior of house was destroyed in a plumbing flood. I tracked down a few bids and insurance company recommended JM. In addition to having the median bid (I'm not a fan of always taking the low bid) JM would be paid through an intermediary with the insurance co. So I wouldn't have to pay them. I wouldn't have to renegotiate if costs ran high. Sounded like a good deal - and I really liked how professional Mark was. He asked the right questions and answered my questions in a way that made sense. Once awarded the job, JM stuck to their schedule. They were very responsive - answering questions quickly. There was a small punch-list near the end - they fixed each item within days. I found a few more items after moving in - and even though they were done - they still came back quickly to finish the work. And - the quality is excellent. Frankly - the place is better than it was before. JM's crew knows kitchens and flooring and electrical - and all the things. I am very impressed. And I hope we can work with them again without having to go through the trauma of a disaster.

Here I am several months later and could not find a company that would be able to repair our complex roof damage (including solar panels and spray foam insulation) and Case is coming to the rescue, thanks so much guys!
