John and Veronica did a really good job. I had urgent business and had to be away from my home when they arrived. They were pretty late, but I have been excusing things like that in the current covid situation, and I know that things are a lot tighter and more difficult these days. Service was super responsive, clean up was complete and very good. I was satisfied. I feel like it was a bit expensive, but then again it's comforting to know that the Merry Maids service is insured and protected and that the centralized service was easy to book with.

Adriana did some an amazing job! She took her time in making sure everything was nicely and thoroughly. She was a very nice person as well!

I have been using Merry Maids for a few months now and Palmira Manterola has been my cleaner 9 times out of 10. She has always done an amazing job and has given me the best customer service. There was never a time where I felt like she missed something or felt like she could have done better. I will gladly be using Merry Maids in the future continuously and would be happy every time I see Palmira

Elena and Daniel have been cleaning my house for years. Honestly, Merry Maids are expensive, so I have to use them less than I did before, but I don't have to worry about them getting a fair income, nor do I have to worry about the IRS aspects because Merry Maids takes care of all that. Now I occasionally use them for a deep clean and try to keep up with the regular cleaning myself or occasionally use a less expensive service, but I'm always glad I booked Elena and Daniel of Merry Maids. I

We just had Yaneth and Lorena from Campbell Merry Maids to make it nice for my mom to visit . They did a fantastic job - our home is spotless and now I am ready for my mom to come stay with us!

Excellent cleaning experience. Adriana Molina did an excellent job. She was not our regular cleaner, but we appreciated her thoroughness and adaptability.

There was only one worke both days that my house was cleaned. Adriana did very well but the job overall wasn’t what I expected for “spring cleaning. $390.00 for one room is too much and my Adriana had to do 1/2 the work.

A friend of mine has had her house cleaned by Elena and Daniel for years and raves about them constantly. She recommended them wholeheartedly and I concur. I had fallen well behind with housekeeping due to a disability and am so happy I called Merry Maids. Today was the deep cleaning that my house sadly needed, but each and every speck of dust is gone. Hard water deposits and rust stains in the bathroom are now sparkling clear surfaces. What a great team! Nice, professional, detail oriented, and prompt. I wish I had called years ago.

I’ve been using Merry Maids for years. Amalia always does a wonderful job. And she is a very lovely person to boot. I appreciate that the scheduler tries to send the same person to my house every time. When Amalia can’t make it, I am always grateful that Merry Maids has someone else they can send on the same schedule.

John and Veronica have been our Merry Maids team for almost most a year and we love them! It’s the little things like noticing we have fresh fruit from the store and Veronica put it in our fruit bowl. We really appreciate them!

So grateful for Jose’s work on my parent’s house! He was punctual, detail-oriented, communicated clearly and thoroughly and did an all around outstanding job! We were so grateful for his efforts!

The ladies overall did a good job cleaning up a big mess after house remodeling. They were fast but also good at what they do. They were also pleasant to be around.

Could improve on attention to details - some couch legs were not cleaned well, still dusty. And I chose Merry Maid specifically for post-construction cleaning, but still quite some paint drops, drywall compound drops on the floor throughout the house.

We have used Merry Maids for about 15 years and every time our house is immaculate and well cleaned! I like that we are assigned a person and we have the same person each week. I think we had the same person for almost the entire time with Merry Maids and only got a new person when the previous person moved. We have been very happy with our service with Merry Maids! UPDATE: June 13, 2019 - we have been very impressed with the level of caution Merry Maids has taken during COVID-19. Once they resumed services, they were very open in communicating what would be done and how they were handling keeping their employees and customers safe. The employees wear masks, gloves and shoe coverings when they clean now as well as using the new disinfectants for cleaning. We continue to be very happy and satisfied with how Merry Maids runs their business AND their services. Keep up the great work!!

Our first experience with Merry Maids was great. Very nice to talk with. They came back the next day to redo a few things I wasn't satisfied with and the results were better than I expected! We live in an older house but they made it look good! Thank you!
