From the way they picked up the phone call very friendly, very down-to-earth and promptly set up my appointment.The service was amazing.I'm overjoyed with the clemenness.Attention to detail done in a timely manner.And I was also asked if it was to my liking before they left in case we needed to go over a couple more things.I am so pleasantly pleased! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a trustworthy Cleaning service.

This was the first time I used them. I got the deep clean at a discounted price. I plan on using them again in the future. The work was good, and I’m totally satisfied.

Adriana handled a move out cleaning for us and did a great job! Was on time and followed instructions on lock up.

Amalia was the absolute best! She took care of every little crook and cranny, and left my house feeling rejuvenated. Definitely want her to return to help keep my home clean and in order.

We contacted Merry Maids to do our move out clean as we were moving across the country and could not come over to do it ourselves. From start to finish, the process was streamlined and easy. The quote was accurate and they were able to get in on short notice. They showed up well within the predicted 1-hour window and did an excellent job. Unfortunately I don’t have pictures since we had already left town and had the landlord and a close friend supervising the job. They both informed us that the work was meticulous.

Jose did another excellent job cleaning my home. I really appreciate being relieved of the physical work that Jose does in the short time he is in the house. Does wonders for my former feelings of guilt regards work I knew I should but didn't do

Gloria Garcia did an absolutely fabulous job! My kitchen and bathrooms are gleaming! My 25 year old oven looks brand new. The shower glass that I thought was permanently scarred by hard water and soap, is now crystal clear. And the rest of the house is spotless. I will not hesitate to call on Merry Maids again. Amalia did a great job for the last service. She did a very detailed cleaning which took almost 4 hours. The house looks great. Only wish is if the firm can send over team of two to make the job faster and less distraction for us.

Adriana was very meticulous in her cleaning. Everything was done thoroughly, and I feel great about the results. Professional, timely, and detail-oriented — highly recommend!

Update: The Merry Maids team rectified the issue, and the cleaning was much better the second time around. They even sent someone to check in and review the job.

We were hopeful with this service as it was very easy to book and the price seemed reasonable.

First, the cleaner showed up 1.5 hours after the designated arrival window (which was already a 4 hour range).

Then, she finished in less than 2 hours and many parts of the house were not cleaned thoroughly. In fact, none of the dishes in the sink were addressed. Windowsills and the fireplace mantel were not dusted.

We are quite disappointed and would not recommend this service.

My cleaner was 2 and a half hours late, which I don’t actually mind at all to be honest BUT when I asked if there was a delay I wasn’t given any responses :c it’s only because I called the head office that I was informed she’d be super late - once again, it’s okay that she’s late, I just wish I had been told in advance so I could’ve planned my day around it.

Outside of that, she did an AMAZING job! She was super sweet and deep cleaned my bathroom, kitchen, and oven amazingly. She was shockingly quick with the cleaning and did an absolutely fantastic job. I have to dock a star for the lack of communication (would’ve been 5 if I had been told she’d be late instead of being ignored T_T) but the service itself was incredible :) will be using merrymaids again!
