I feel horrible for giving this one star because the lady was very kind (at first). However, I took an expensive jacket here to have dry cleaned and when I went to pick it up there was a HUGE hole in the collar, it looked like it had been burned. The hole is about two to three inches wide. I took the jacket back, naturally, she said I brought it in that way. I had only worn the jacket one time. Also, due to the placement of the hole, it would have been impossible for me to cause....it’s on the back seam on the neck area, a very odd place. I knew she would not take credit so I didn’t want to keep going back and fourth. With that being said, I feel the need to write this review. I would try to avoid this place.

Kathy hemmed my dress to perfection! She is professional, friendly, and had the dress ready on schedule. She was also much more affordable than other tailors I've been to around Campbell and San Jose.

Spectacular service! He came the following day after inquiring and managed to get multiple dark urine spots out and a humongous chocolate milk stain out! Carpets look brand new! And he was super friendly, will definitely use his services the next time our carpets get dirty!!!

Amazing service! Mitchell is very friendly and even a very minor mistake (a tiny blemish on my carpet) offered to not only clean free of charge but also pay for it (though I politely denied the offer)! Will highly recommend him for your carpet cleaning needs.

Professional Cleaning Systems has done a great job for our company for several years, and when we needed an immediate special deep clean (read that as someone with Covid was in the building) they were right there to help on a Sunday. Would recommend them all day long.
