We have been with PCS for over 15 years. I am not one to change janitorial services unless there is a need. In all this time there has not been a need. Everyone is very professional, courteous and they are always quick to respond. I have enjoyed working with them.

Professional Cleaning Systems has been the company I work with's janitorial company of choice for over 3 years now. All of the staff I've interacted with are very friendly, professional, responsive, and the janitors are always very thorough with their cleanings. Even more so now that we have to be EXTRA clean due to the pandemic.

PCS has always gone above and beyond to make sure we're happy with their services and we are so grateful to have found them. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for janitorial services.

We switched over to PCS at our office when we became frustrated with our previous janitorial company. We chose PCS out of 4 companies which had come out to our facility. We decided to go with PCS due to their professional team that came to see us (Desiree and Richard), their detailed quote, and the fact that a supervisor does an inspection every month. We have been with PCS for about two years now, and have never had any issues. We work directly with our account contacts and the communication channels are wide open. They reach out to us whenever there is a problem or something that needs attention. Alternatively, they always respond to our calls or emails when we have something that needs their attention. They are also very flexible with their schedule and have done many extra cleanings for us. A huge shout out to Desiree, Guadalupe, Rich, and our janitorial staff. PCS is the best in the commercial cleaning industry.
We have been using them for our 38,000 square foot manufacturing
plant for over 5 years. They are the gold standard for quality of cleaning but have fair pricing. The PCS team is great with scheduling and communication. You can trust them with your keys and they are always on time. I love working with this team because I am always confident that they will get the job done. .

PCS provides excellent professional cleaning services to large and small companies. I was with a previous company who also used PSC so I am very familiar with them. Our current company have been a long-term client for over 3 years and con't. PCS are quick to respond to any concerns brought up, work quality of service are being met and continuing to ensure customer's satisfaction. Our Account Manager was always there to address any extra services to be added, questions in service and schedule last minutes deep cleanings.

These guys are super expert in everything rug related. We've been taking our rugs to them for many years and they've always done an amazing job. Prices are very fair

They did an excellent job with wool/silk Turkish rugs (actually hand made in Turkey, about 6' by 9'). And their prices were substantially lower than other places we checked out.

My two wool area rugs came back amazing - just like new and they are over 40 years old with lots of stains. I was so impressed.! I strongly recommend Modern Rug.
