Infinium did good work on my two SP installations. They had to do one warranty claim in a failed micro inverter 4 years after the original install and it was handled quickly and at no cost. If whole house batteries ever come down in price I will likely use them to install three batteries.

The micro-inverters stopped reporting data (the solar system was functioning properly, though). I called Infinium tech support. Jiel Justo answered the call. She listened to my concerns and remotely checked the system. She promised to remotely troubleshoot the issue. By early afternoon, the reporting on the Enphase app was back on. Jiel followed up with a call (that I didn't take) and email to confirm that everything was back to normal. Great support experience and happy to benefit from the solar power during those sunny winter days.
