Tree reviews in Campbell, California

Exelente empresa

Exelente trato
Saludos cordiales.

This is the second or third time we’ve had Bartlett overhaul the trees on our property, and as usual, they did an excellent job.Eli, Parish and crew were on time, professionally trimmed our trees, and cleaned up 100% when finished. We highly recommend them!

We just had our huge Elm tree trimmed and the crew did a fantastic job! Eli, Paris, Diego and Armando were punctual, professional, and courteous. The tree looks great and they cleaned up the yard beautifully. Super job.

Eli, Paris, Diego and Armando arrived on time. They are professional, knowledgeable, polite and fun. They transplanted my Japanese Maple from my side garden. They worked carefully and were able to keep the rootball in tact, replant the Maple, water it and apply mulch. Without me asking, they used some remaining mondo grass and planted it, along with some rocks, where the Maple used to be. Bartlett's is always my go to for any kind of tree work.

We’ve worked with Bartlett for years and really value their partnership in caring for our oaks, Japanese maples, cherry blossoms, and other shrubs. Filipe is our arborist and he clearly cares deeply about long-term tree health. He always provides thorough and thoughtful guidance on pruning, planting, and general care for our home’s trees.

When we needed a tree removed, Eli, Armando, and Diego did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented, making it a seamless process for us. Overall a wonderful crew to work with.

We’d happily recommend the Bartlett team for tree care services!

Our peach trees hadn’t produced in two seasons due to a fungus — they’re so happy now and can’t wait to enjoy them. We also had the team do trimming on a cedar that gave us a lot of anxiety. We feel much safer now! (And about to schedule work on other trees now, too!)

I've used Bartlett's Tree Experts to prune my 90 y/o Cedar Tree for about 15 years or more. I
wouldn't use any other arborist because Sean Davis and his team are the best. Its very stressful
to have such a huge tree that is so near my house trimmed of large, heavy branches but each member of the team is kind and listens to my requests so as not to damage my plants, shrubs and
picket fence. If you decide to hire Bartlett's you won't be disappointed. They're the best!

Excellent service!

The best

Quick and professional

Scheduled service 2 months ago and still haven’t received the services we signed a contract for. Communication is non-existent. Unfortunate.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff and technicians. Pricey, but with it if you need some expert care.

They have excellent customer service. Even calling me after to see if I was happy. The crew were professional and polite.

Service was perfect. Staff was professional, timely and courteous.

I really appreciated everyone working to accommodate my schedule!

Wow what great experience, a cut above the rest. Never have I seen such professionalism! Love there plant health care specialists #1

Absolute pleasure to work with. The job was done, on time, in budget, perfect execution. Highly recommend this service.

Barlett's arborist was very social but when it came to trimming my trees, it seemed like they trimmed them in such a way that guaranteed that I'd need them again soon. I used them twice, telling them to trim away from the house (medium sized trees are 20+ feet from house) and was always disappointed. Won't fool me a third time.

As always Bartlett delivered a great experience. My trees feel happy and they look great.

Great service. They are on time, thorough, knowledgeable and really nice. They have the old fashioned personal touch. Highly recommend.
