Eco Grizzly Chimney was very informative, honest and helpful. The technician measured my space and reviewed my options of getting a gas vs. electric insert. It turned out that what I was looking for (Electric log set) could be purchased on Amazon and plugged into the outlet near my fireplace. He suggested I would probably be happy with this option. He even found the Amazon link and sent it to me! He didn’t want to oversell me something I really didn’t need. You can trust this company to be honest and dependable.

The folks at EcoGrizzly are great…. They performed an inspection explaining everything thoroughly and then worked with us to develop a solution for our gas fireplace that fit our budget…. Scheduling was easy and the team showed up on time and got the work done... nice, neat and tidy.... we are very pleased.

Quick, efficient, professional and friendly. Jonathan laid out all the work that needed to be done. I expected the cost to be in the vicinity of the total estimate. I needed to get everything done quickly and they did just that. However, we faced we an unexpected issue and they referred us to a plumber who was also quick, efficient, professional and friendly. Janiya and Carlos who helped schedule the work were very pleasant and accommodating. Too notch job and I will definitely recommend to others.

A few weekend ago when it was cold we decided to light up the fireplace after a long time we haven’t used it, after lighting the fire smoke started to go inside the house instead of going up the chimney, the next morning I called and Maureen picked up the phone, she was very informative and understanding, making the effort to send one of the technician to our house the same day. Johnny came and inspected the chimney, our crown was broken and we had no cap and a extremely dirty chimney as we have never cleaned it. He explained every little Detail of what has to be done, made sure we are happy with it, and started to work. The result was great! We are very happy and the chimney and fireplace are working perfectly! Highly recommended to anyone who hasn’t cleaned the chimney!! It’s very important!

We hired Eco Grizzly to deep clean our fireplace as well as complete some other repairs. They did an excellent job cleaning all the debris. They were always very professional and responsive. We also ordered crystals for the fireplace and the color is beautiful. We chose the Sky Blue color. Eco Grizzly was even very accommodating when we asked them to return a couple times to patch up a couple areas. We are happy with their service and would recommend them for any fireplace repairs.

Moses and everyone at Eco Grizzly were amazing. Moses came to our home and did the chimney inspection and gave us a very detailed description of what work we needed to have done in order to get our chimney up and running. On the date scheduled for work the crew was there on time and completed all the work as requested. There were no hidden fees and no one tried to upsell us during the process. The crew was professional and made sure to clean up everything after the work was complete. If you need work done to your chimney I would highly recommend Eco Grizzly!

If you need chimney work, Eco Grizzly is the best. The inspected our chimney, identified problem areas, and got the work done. Scheduling was easy, they worked with us on pricing and gave us a great deal. We are excited to fire up our fireplace this winter and it feels great to know we are doing it safely.

Had Eco Grizzly come out today to do an inspection and provide a quote for the necessary work that we needed on our fireplace. Moses was great, he arrived early after his office called to see if that would be okay. He listened to what we wanted done and followed through with our request. He was able to inspect the chimney from inside and used a drone to view the top of the chimney from the outside, which didn't require him to climb on our tile roof. After the inspection, he showed us the images and discussed what he recommended. The drone images were quite impressive. Moses did a great job explaining how his company works and what we can expect from his employees when they come out to do the work. Overall, was a great experience working with him on the inspection and the quote. Can't wait to get the work done on our fireplace and start to use it this winter.

Poli of Eco Grizzly Chimmey Sweep clean our chimney, added a chimney damper, put in a new chimney cap, sealed off the cracks on a couple of bricks, and sprayed a protective coat on the bricks of the chimney. The job is well done and efficient.👍

ECO GRIZZLY DID A GREAT JOB IN THE INSTALLATION OF MY GAS LOG SET....THEY ALSO DID SOME WORK AT THE CAP AREA THAT ALSO LOOKED GREAT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
