Customer service is always their priority even if they're busy

Terrible they have plumbing stuff in an area away from plumbing stuff .no one knows were the stuff is THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK ON THE MOST USED ITEMS WHY WONT THEY ORDER MORE THAN NORMAL I HATE IT and let me tell you DONT BUY WEED WACKERS OR LAWNMOWERS, VACUMS ETC ETC YOU THINK THAT THEY WILL TAKE IT BACK EVEN WITH WARRANTY ON THEIR PRODUCTS THEY SELL YOU .WRONG THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER AND SEND IT BACK TO THEM, SO THAT MEANS YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING.I DONT LIKE LOWES FOR THE PRICES BUT THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT YOU DONT LOOK FOR THEM .THEY LOOK FOR YOU AND THEIR WARRANTY IS SUPER ON PLANTS AND TREES THEY GIVE YOU ONE YEAR WARRANTY AND ON THEIR TOOLS LIKE WEED WACKER LAWNMOWERS YOU TAKE IT TO THEM, THEY JUST EXCHANGE ON SAME DAY AND THEY HAVE A LOWES CARD NO MORE RECEIPTS LIKE STUPID HOME DEPOT IF YOU LOST RECEIPT OR IT FADES YOU ARE SCREW.HOME DEPOT USED TO BE GOOD BUT THE MORAL THE HELP THE MOTIVATION IS NO LONGER THERE WORKERS ARE NOT HAPPY AT HOME DEPOT IS IT MANAGEMENT IS IT THE PAY IS IT THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ?WHO KNOWS BUT ONE THING THEY HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE BEGINNING .

Fully stocked shelves are always good to see at The Home Depot! Team members are extremely helpful. I have mostly dealt with the garden, paint and plumbing departments. Even when going in for a few quick items, they always have whatever I need.

Realy bad experience, Im in the Pro desk, and Im waiting for more than 30 min, to somebodie help me to load Speck mix with the Forklift, and all Ladies chest talking and textin on the phone !!!! Who can help me ???

I first called to ensure they had the item I was looking for. After being on "hold" for 4 and a half minutes I got in my car and drove to the Canoga Park store just as my call went through to the plumbing dept. They now have an associate at the entrance directing customers to the aisle they need. Than the fun begins...looking for an associate to assist you. Home Depots saving grace is that they do carry so many products.

The work is excellent, performed professionally, on time and with minimal disruption to our day-to-day routine. The look of the landscape is beautiful and exceeds even our ambitious standards and expectations. The price was as agreed, not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) bid, but a fair price for the nature of the work that was done.

From a style perspective, Moises is an ideal partner. He listened to all our concerns and was extremely responsive to every need. He gave regular updates on status, made changes as requested and agreed, and did so with a positive attitude. We give Moises and his team at Green Crest the highest possible recommendation.

Moises and crew are easy to work with, attentive, respectful and produce a professional product at a very reasonable price. Moises listened to our thoughts and desires for relandscaping both our back and front yards, giving us constructive guidance, recommendations and choices to meet our goals while providing options with cost differences. They provided a completely new drip irrigation system (WiFi app controlled with adjustments based upon local weather) and new low voltage lighting. Moises regularly asked us for input about anything we felt could be adjusted and responded graciously. This was a fantastic partnership and enjoyable experience that resulted in landscaping that is ideal for our needs and desires. We highly recommend Green Crest Inc with the knowledge that they will deliver professional results that will provide years of enjoyment at a reasonable cost. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I called this company to do my lawn a cleanup of $450 would you because of doing my long gained neighborhood service also I requested for him to maintain it would she requested $300 a month which was high but I still agreed this is my vacation home and I'm rarely here every time I try to schedule with him he demanded first month's payment up front which I told him several times okay and still repeatedly demanding payment up front which I agreed and when I asked him how do I know if he's going to show up every week when I am not here full time and to send me pictures when he's here every week it was only then he said he thinks I should look for someone else he wants a month in advance payment before even attempting the first clean up very shady and very unprofessional
