Mario from The Water Heater Tech did a fantastic job replacing the water heater at my Mom’s condo - even though all 4 units within her building are housed within the same water heater closet and required the removal and reinstallation of one of the neighbors. He explained everything he did, in a way that my Mom understood and she was extremely happy with the result! Mario is very knowledgeable and welcomed questions any one of us had. He also identified an issue that needed immediate attention by the HOA, which we never would have known until one or more of the units experienced the tragedy waiting to happen! We can’t recommend The Water Heater Tech, and Mario enough!
