I recently used this dryer repair service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the process was smooth and professional. The technician, German, arrived on time and quickly, diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be fixed without any pressure or upsell. And German also very kindly took a look at my stove to make sure it was heating up correctly (we weren't sure it was). Overall, the service was reliable, affordable and hassle-free. (And the best part is they offer a senior citizen discount!). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of Appliance Repair and I won’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

You are not replying to my wife's phone calls. The water inlet valve you replaced is not working. You said to call you and you'd come out for free since you were not sure it was broken in the first place. Thank you. Rich

We called PCH to check our oven calibration. They turned the oven but never checked the temperature. They told me that I needed a new Relay Board which cost $280 plus $130 for installation. I called another company who checked the temperature and found it was working fine. I would not use PCH again.

The timer on my dryer was swiftly replaced. Pricing was very fair and the work was completed as promised very promptly. 5 Star service. Thank you Elad!

They were quick to schedule me for the next day to come take a look at my appliance which was leaking. Very reponsive and polite staff.
They agreed on waiving the service fee, although they already sent someone to visit and were in the process of ordering the repacement part. This is rare to find these days. I had a great experinece from this interaction and would call them again.
