Elad was incredibly responsive, checked in on progress and took the extra steps to make sure everything was working in the timeline we needed, even though it meant working on his day off! Price was very reasonable and he was fantastic to work with.

As a dana Point residence, finding quality appliance service companies can be difficult. I had an five star/Amazing experience with PCH repair. My dryer stopped working, called PCH repair and they were here within the hour, and had the correct parts to fix my dryer right then and there. Also, it was extremely affordable and half the price other major companies charged. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again with all of my appliances.

We have nothing but good things to say about this company. Ellad has came to our home to fix our built-in fridge, he was very personable & did a wonderful job. The fridge is 10 + years old and we had a different company come out before but was unable to fix the issue. I will be calling for all my appliance repair.

We were so pleased with our recent experience regarding our microwave. They had immediate availability to come diagnose our issue- even offered next day, (which was a Sunday) at no additional cost. Elad came right out and within moments explained to us exactly what the issue was, ordered up the part we needed, and gave us great advice. Extremely professional, prompt, and trustworthy. While visiting out here in San Juan Capistrano, the dryer and oven both went out within a couple of days of one another, making things very difficult for a particular family I care about very much. In trying to help, I looked around and made a lot of calls to find some immediate resolution through local repair men and agencies, but either the prices were just too incredibly high - even just to run a diagnostic on both appliances was high, let alone do any repairs and labor fees afterwards - or they couldn't even come out to look at the appliances for at least a week or more. .. and their prices were also just too incredibly high.

Finally, I called PCH Appliance Repair, found through a Google search. I spoke with Elad, explaining the situation and our sense of urgency to him, as well as being transparent about the financial impact COVID has had recently on us. That was the last call I needed to make. From start to finish, Elad was great. He took our situation into consideration, gave us a workable financial offer he didn't have to but which made things much easier on us, then even came out that very same night to assist.

Highly competent, Elad had both issues diagnosed and sloved with in just a few minutes of arrival. He thoroughly explained the problems, went over the possible options available to us and the associated costs, then gave his expert advice on the most cost-effective options, saving us even more money. Less than 30 minutes later, and at much less expenditure than anyone else would have required, both the dryer and oven were working perfectly once again.

We could not be more happy and pleased with the professional attitude, technical competence, and caring service provided by Elad and PCH Appliance Repair. I would highly recommend them and, without question or hesitation, I would go directly to them in the future to handle any appliance problems we had as long as we're in the Orange County area.

Arrived on time. Asked if we wanted him to wear booties in house (yes!) and worked quickly & efficiently to repair our gas LG dryer. Excellent communication. Couldn’t ask for more!!

our KitchenAid dishwasher was not draining and he was able to quickly figure out what the issue was, and resolved it quickly. Once he addressed the issue we ran the dishwasher for few minutes to check that it worked.

My refrigerator stopped working all of a sudden, I called PCH appliance repair and right away they responded, scheduled an appointment and told me to go to the store to buy dry ice in order for me not to loose any of my perishables while they came to service me. The technician who came was Elad and he was extremely professional, on time, and knowledgeable. He was able to repair my unit on the spot and I could not be happier with the service provided by him. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest company who truly cares about the clients and strives to give the best service possible. Great Service! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Elad! He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and honest. He gave us some tips to help prevent our issue in the future. When he left, my husband and I both turned to each other and said we wished more people were like him in the service industry! WOW!!! Elad to the rescue!!
Woke up early Sunday morning to prep for big luncheon and discovered my Samsung dishwasher spray arm detached itself. Looked it all up but could not repair it myself. Called Elad and he came within the hour!!
Elad was most courteous and pleasant...great personality!! The fix was simple and completed within 5 minutes. He showed us what to do in case this should reoccur. Charged us only the minimal amount...and this an was early Sunday morning service!
Elad is now our guy for any and all future appliance repairs; and if you have Samsung like we do, this is who will fix it properly!!

My dryer just stopped heating. I Called yesterday morning to PCH Appliance Repair, July booked me an appointment with a technician name Elad. He came the same day in the afternoon. He told me that the heater in my dryer isn’t working. Lucky me, he had the part in his track, after an hour my dryer is back to life. Very knowledgeable, affordable price and professional. Very recommended!!

Elad and his team did an excellent job repairing our 6 year old refrigerator. He diagnosed, made recommends and came back to do the repairs on a timely basis. Professional and friendly service.

Elad was able to come out and fix my oven the same day I called. He was prompt and knew the exact problem with my oven. He clearly explained the two options to fix the problem. I will use Elad for any future appliance repairs.

Knowledgeable and efficient! I explained my dryer problem and Elad diagnosed it over the phone and made a quick visit to confirm. He had a reasonable service call fee applied to the fix. I liked his honesty about old vs new appliances, and suggestions for decision-making. A part was ordered and my old dryer was repaired on my schedule. For a young man, he seems like one of the old school mechanics; well-rounded and honest. I like supporting local business so got Elad's name from our neighborhood Nextdoor; he had 5 * rating. He's very nice and personable too!
Follow -up is necessary because the part replacement was not the problem. However, Elad came back twice and determined it was the motor. He also said he would look online for a rebuild and replace it at no cost. I appreciate his efforts and will follow-up if he can make that happen.

Check it out later I’ll let you know how it goes, We’ll as I said I would give Pch appliance repair a chance to fix this, but they did not. They are a scam. They charged over $630 to fix our oven and half the “fix” failed within weeks. They didn’t even repair half the things they charged us for. After we made a warranty claim, they said they would give us a partial refund of $150- but that was another lie. The one person working at PCH APPLIANCE now won’t answer my calls or return my calls. We were lied to over and over by this guy. THIS IS A one scam band , Pch appliance is a single person that pays for the name from the main business for which I have not been able to find a contact number or address.

Had to get the washing machine looked at. Elad came out at the time requested, arrived at the front door and was very polite. Sent him to our washer, he took a look and very quickly let me know of the issue. Nice and fast, he went to his work car to make sure he had the replacement piece. Within 20 minutes he got to work and fixed it. Very pleased and gave a good estimate for pricing.
