I contacted Savon Pavers based on a friend's recommendation. I was excited since she indicated she loved the person she worked with. First, I called and left a message since no live person answered, which is fine. Instead of someone calling me back, they sent me a text a day later (no phone call). First I was annoyed, why would someone just text me on a project that requires a human to come out and give me a quote, offer ideas, etc. I was annoyed but willing to overlook it since my friend spoke highly of them. We texted back and forth on an appointment date, again not ideal, but I was fine. Then a few days later, I get a follow up text telling me they have a minimum value and for me to confirm my project would be within that minimum. Again, no call to have a conversation. At this point I was very frustrated, I didn't know without receiving a quote if my project was within that minimum. The fact they weren't even willing to come out to assess that, was a big red flag. I ended up going with another vendor that answered the phone quickly, showed up promptly to assess our needs and give me a quote timely. The way a vendor should, and yes, it happened that my project was in excess of the minimum. I would have gone with Savon if they did these minor things that matter to people. They lost my business as a result, perhaps they just don't need it.

3 years after the installation. The water line for the sprinkler installed underneath of the pavers in the drive way was disconnected and caused water flood and pavers were lifted, I called Saveon Paver, and explained we would pay for the repair work, but unfortunately, they did not want to do any repair. I hired a company that detected the location of water leakage. Hired another company to remove pavers, reconnect the water pipe and then reinstall the pavers.

We love our new driveway and walkway!! Price was good and the workmanship is great!

Gio at Savon Pavers gave us a wonderful plan to take our broken sidewalk and driveway, and turn them into a lovely entrance to our home. From the demolition process to the final installation the attention to detail was perfect. The crews that did the work were all kind and professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I had Sav On pavers install pavers in my house last year.(1000 sq.feet approx) Though they were a little more expensive compared to the bid I got from others, i went with them because of their warranty. They did an excellent job and were very fast. One year after installation, there was some issues with the pavers coming apart,though for a professional it may seem like nothing, but for a home owner it was a big deal. A big gap between spacers could have been due to the heavy rain we had last year. Everyday, when i looked at it, it just made me sad. Jamie's wife Michelle was nice enough to send two people to fix it by resanding and resealing in the areas that needed it. I am thankful to this company because they honored their contract and were able to refinish it to my satisfaction. For that, I am truly thankful to Michelle.I would highly recommend Sav On Pavers.

This excellent contractor completed our 2,068-sf paving project in less than 2 weeks. It all started when we met the designer, Erica Silveira, and discussed the paving design of our back and side yards. In advance of our first meeting, we provided her with our house plot plan, just to see how well prepared a designer/contractor would be (just like in a job interview). Wow! To our delight, she came prepared with the preliminary design, drawn in 2D and 3D CAD software on her laptop. This is the most we have ever seen with any of our previous contractors. Using her CAD software on her laptop, we were able to interactively adjust the design to our liking and most importantly, to meet our budget. Erica's skillful CAD design allowed us to come up with the final design in the most efficient way.
Once the project started, the Savon Pavers team worked non-stop to demolish the large concrete pad, prepare the soil, install the drains, install and seal the pavers. The team, effectively led by experienced leaders like Frank and German, consisted of dedicated and hard working members.
It was a pleasure for us to do business with Savon Pavers and especially Erica. We highly recommend this company and designer to anyone who wants a highly progressive design service.

We are very please with the work SavonPavers has done for us. Jamie's crew worked 7 days a week from 7:00 am till 4:30 pm to remove the existing concrete and placing the pavers. He did not nickel and dime us for any change order. Very reasonable price. Thank you Jamie and best of luck.

Jamie did a fantastic job on our back yard remodel. We had over 3000 sqft of dead, dying grass - since we have 4 large breed dogs it was impossible to keep our back yard looking great. Jamie came over and drew up a few different options to help us best utilize our space, and make the yard as enjoyable for us as it would be for our dogs. We settled on turf/paver combo - the turf has turned out to be perfect for the dogs to play on (and still handles the dog waste just fine with little maintenance) and the pavers installed matched our existing patio perfectly.

Jamie and his team dug out the old yard, capped our sprinklers, laid the foundation for pavers and turf, and finished the job perfectly. There were no hiccups (minus the one major storm of the spring - go figure, scheduled the week of our job!) but Jamie and his team worked to make up for lost time due to weather.

All of Jamie's workers were presentable and very friendly - all hardworkers, and the job site was kept clean.

Everyone that sees our yard absolutely loves it, and I am always recommending his work! Quality work at a great price - SavOn can't be beat!

Jamie and the folks at Savon Pavers did an outstanding job with our backyard project. We moved into a new construction home and needed a company that would help us create our backyard plan as well as submit drawings to our HOA. This was accomplished day 1 so that we could expedite our approval and start on the install. Everyone that was involved in the project (Frank, Michelle, Jamie, Herman and crew) was extremely prompt with their responses, and my questions and requests were answered immediately. There was no nickel and diming or upcharges with any of the changes we requested. Instead, Jamie and crew truly wanted to make sure we had an easy low cost project, and they did just that. Our project consisted of 500 square feet of pavers (sealed), 200 square feet of turf, they finished in a week, and it looks phenomenal! Thanks again Savon Pavers!

Jamie from Savon Pavers came to the house to give me an estimate on pavers for my 3 car driveway, the side RV space and the patio in the back. I had other estimates but decided to go with Jamie. He helped me picking out the type of pavers. All the concrete had to be demolished and removed. I could not believe how fast that was done. I was leaving for a trip shortly and the crew came ASAP and finished in 2 weeks. I was very impressed with their work, they showed up every day with a large crew headed by German and worked tirelessly. I appreciated German's input for a change of the border and more, also Frank's input in the lighting helped a lot. The whole team was so friendly and I could not be any happier with the job. They did excellent work, even the neighbors love the way it looks. I highly recommend Savon Pavers.

We needed pavers on both sides of the driveway, a sidewalk around to the back of the house and a extended patio. The Savon estimate was less than both of the other quotes so we decided to give them a try. The crew showed up early everyday and worked all day. Every one of the workers was polite, answered my questions and explained what they were doing. I had a concern and the worker quickly called Jamie and it was resolved. I now have a beautiful patio and would recommend Jamie and Savon.

Savon Pavers did a fantastic custom concrete patio/seating/outdoor shower for us. Extremely high-end work for a reasonable price. James and his team were polite, professional, and trustworthy. They did their research on the front end, we agreed to a price, and they never tried to renegotiate. Highly recommend them, and we will use them again for further custom concrete walls and terracing on our next phase.

After having a terrible experience with a well known roofing contractor, we were very hesitant to hire someone to replace our driveway and front sidewalks. Thomas came out within a couple days and was very helpful and professional. We hired Savon pavers and within a week and a half it was completed. Frank oversaw the project and was a delight to work with, and made sure we were happy with the outcome. The crews did a great job and restored our faith in having work done. Would definitely hire them again when we need more projects done.

Wow! The personalized service we received from Savon pavers is so appreciated. Jamie designed a beautiful putting green and matched it seamlessly with the artificial turf and pavers. The work team was hard working and finished the project before the time expected. We will definitely be using Savon again!

Phenomenal!! This explains the workmanship done by Jamie and crew at Savon Pavers!! Our project in Carlsbad (La Costa area) was huge and complicated so I interviewed 4 or 5 companies. Savon Pavers was the best in pricing but MOST IMPORTANTLY, Jamie's understanding of the project, knowledge and people skills are what set them apart. They had to demo 95% of the backyard before they could even get started. I definitely had my own vision but coupled with Jamie's great recommendations, my 17-year old dated and broken down backyard literally looks like a resort now! The pool and spa were redone...we built a step-up elevated tanning area, fire bowl sitting area for 6 guests, 22 feet BBQ and bar area that seats 10 guests, huge lounging area for 10-12 guests, dining area for 8 guests and the list goes on. We will be using Savon Pavers again when it comes time to do our front yard! Thank you Jamie and Crew!

We are very pleased with our new walkway, patio, and stairs. The pavers tied all parts of our front yard together into a continuous and much more usable space. Jamie and his crew handled the demolition and construction very efficiently, on time and on budget.

The patio design was exactly what we wanted, the materials and workmanship are top notch, and Jamie (owner) is an outstanding communicator. I really appreciated their flexibility to troubleshoot a few small things along the way. I also appreciate his willingness to return a couple years later for a much smaller job to tie our roof line into the patio drain. The pavers are just as smoothly aligned as before.

Savon built a beautiful backyard with a retaining wall including landscape lights. We've enjoyed it for 5 years and when it came time to do more in other areas, we called Jamie and Michelle.
They do excellent work, so beautiful, and they are responsive and good to work with when you need them.
