After receiving a cancellation letter from my home owners insurance policy for mold and algae on my roof, I called Mark to clean the roof tiles. Mark was very professional and did a great job cleaning the roof which allowed me to keep my insurance. Mark does excellent work and I happily recommend him to anyone needing power washing.

We could not have been more impressed with Mark and his work. With professionalism and care, he worked carefully and tediously to power wash every inch of our home. The results are amazing, all our mold and dark spots are gone, our pavers are clean, and it is like the house is new construction again.

Mark and his assistant did a wonderful job power washing the moss and dirt from our tile roof. We were especially pleased with how they redirected the run off to our garden and lawn. They took extra care cleaning the gutters from the tile debris. We will use them again.

So happy with the work done at my home by Power Wash MD. Mark, the owner was prompt in providing an estimate and timeframe for the work. Not only did he powerwash my house and eves, but he also did my concrete stamped patio, walkway, porch entry and the driveway. 48 hours later after drying, he came back to seal the patio and put down a skid resistant product on my walkway. Throughout the job Mark and his helper “D” were on time, professional, efficient and friendly. Great customer service! Kudos to Mark for a job well done.

Mark and Ian just left after doing a fantastic power wash of my Italian Travertine patio. They were punctual, friendly, and efficient. My patio tile looks almost brand new and the dirt and stains are gone. I highly recommend them!

Mark did a fabulous job with our very dirty concrete. He is a professional and uses different applications and techniques depending on what is on the concrete, and is a great communicator with a very friendly manner. Very reasonably priced. Will be using his services again!

A couple months ago we got the letter from our Homeowners insurance company that our insurance was not going to be renewed due to mold and algae on the roof tiles. I was having a difficult time finding anyone who would insure our home here in California. After doing a little research I found Mark with Power Wash MD who cleaned our roof and took numerous before and after photos. I submitted to our insurance company and we were reinstated! Mark did an excellent job of cleaning the roof tiles and being mindful of my neighbors, as it's a messy job.

Amazing to work with, I am a landscape contractor and use them for my projects when we are done to do a clean up of the entire house or building. I definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to clean their roofs or house.

What a fantastic experience working with Mark! He has amazing pride in his work and runs a top notch company. He power washed our home and it looks like new again. He took amazing care in doing the soft wash so not to damage anything. He also cleaned our driveway. Three other people told us the large rust stain would never come out.
