I needed my roof pressure washed for my homeowner insurance.I called Fernando and sent me a quick quote and then scheduled me immediately. They showed up cleaned the roof and the to my surprise they cleaned around the house. Super friendly. He sent before and after photos for the insurance company. I've already referred him to a couple friends.

Fernando did an amazing job was very easy to work with was punctual was detailed. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He’s an amazing person and has an amazing business. If you need pressure washing of your house, your driveway your fences any type of service he has a quality company and his quality person.

I hired the services of “Pacific Pressure Washer “ to clean the roof of my house, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From the first contact, the team showed professionalism and punctuality. They handled everything efficiently, making sure that not a single corner was left untouched.

The work was done with great care, using the right equipment to avoid damaging the surfaces. Additionally, the process was quick, and they left no mess behind. My roof looks spotless, and the difference is noticeable, as they not only cleaned it but also managed to remove stains and dirt that I thought couldn’t be removed.

I highly recommend Fernando, as his attention to detail and excellent customer service left me very happy. I will definitely hire them again in the future!

Had heavy calcium stains on my front walkway from several years of buildup. Had asked others for opinions and they said not much could done. I have tried to do it using products from hardware stores without success. This company got it done and it was efficient from start to finish.

We are so pleased with this service and highly recommend. The guys were super hard working and so polite. Our house is fairly large and we had an entire house cleaning, all the walls and decks, plus our back courtyard around the pool and our front circle drive. It was amazing to see the transformation. They were at the house working for almost 11 hours. We were truly blown away. Our front driveway is legitimately a different color now. In addition, they scheduled and covered the cost of an electrician for outlets that burnt during the pressure washing. Good people, great service 10/10

Our Property Manager hired Fernando to do the power washing on our rental and I wish they had hired him sooner! Really beautiful job and great communication.

Fernando was amazing. He was able to work wirh my need of getting things washed quickly due to putting my house on the market. He did an excellent job and made areas of my property look so much better than I imagined they could! You can tell Fernando takes pride in his work and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

My garage was a mess . Kevin did a great job of vacuuming it first, then used his amazing power wash machine to give my garage a complete face lift! Kevin takes a lot of pride in his work. Also very mindful at proving value for the money.

Kevin is seriously the best window washer I’ve ever used. Flawless job. While he was at my house to do the windows he mentioned he also does area rugs, so I had him clean two rugs too. Everything came out fantastic and I will be a returning customer.

I would recommend Hydro pressure services to those of you who value professional services. The owner Kevin carpenter worked at power washing both a floor of tile and outside patio and driveway.

Incredible results from Kevin at Hydro Pressure Services. Not only does he do great work and is very competitively priced, but he uses eco-friendly products which was a deciding factor when searching for this type of service. We did a whole-house carpet cleaning as well as our tile and grout, and everything surpassed my expectations. The tile dried immediately and the carpets dried extremely quick as well. I am posting this a day after the service and our flooring has never looked better. Also important to note is that he treated our home and belongings with respect. Kevin is an absolute professional and is fun to talk to. I highly recommend Kevin and will certainly be referring him to others. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin cleaned our carpet and tile floors yesterday and they look amazing. Our tile and grout look brand new and so beautiful! I had no idea our tile was so dirty until I saw it clean. The carpet is super soft and bright again and dried really fast. Kevin hustled and worked so efficiently and all this with environmentally friendly products. I would totally recommend him and will definitely be using his services in the future. Already scheduled him to come back to do our patio/ driveway!

Our service person took good care to explain the services available and related costs. He arrived on time and let us know 20 min before he arrived that he was enroute. He worked to protect our walls and furniture before cleaning the carpets. The carpets were cleaned in a very time efficient manner. They seemed quite dry within about 8 hours from when they were cleaned - that's when we first set foot on them. No odor from the cleaning solution lingered and the color of the carpets look bright and clean. It is possible that cleaning solution residue may be present but we cannot feel it there at all - there is NO CRUNCHY CARPET which is a win!!!! We will
absolutely be repeat customers.

I’ve been using Zerorez since 2011. They do a wonderful job they’re always friendly, both in the office and at my home. They call when they’re on the way, they waste no time setting up, spraying the spots, cleaning the carpet, making sure I’m happy, and then they’re gone. I couldn’t ask for better service. Today, Scott was my guy, and he was awesome!

Very professional, very quick and showed up right in the beginning of the four hour window. He also called before coming over which I really appreciated. Very polite and did very good cleaning the carpets. The two stains I had are completely gone. Very grateful!

Zerorez sent two guys. They called first to tell me they were 10 minutes away. They were great. They arrived on time and we're completely professional. V they finished my job quickly and kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely use them again

Luis and his crew were really great and respectful while in my home. However, the coordination of their services by their administrative office was horrible and insulting. My appointment was for Friday morning between 8-10. I explained that I was on the second floor of a condo development and they would not be able to pull their truck right up to my home. I even made arrangements to have them get as close as possible. Luis arrived on time but was not able to provide the service because he was not equipped with a portable cleaner to get to my unit. I took two hours off of work to have the service but was unable to receive it in any fashion. I was rescheduled for Saturday but the time frame doubled since it was later in the day. The crew arrived in the middle of the four-hour window and were done by 3:00. Zerorez compensation for me losing two hours of work the day before and giving up half my Saturday for rescheduling the appointment I should have had on Friday? $20. Stick with Stanley Steamer. There is no customer service provided by Zerorez.

Josh Price was our Carpet Technician and had excellent customer service skills! He was on time, thorough with explaining the process from start to finish, and overall did a great job on our carpets. We will definitely be using and recommending Josh Price for other home services that Zerorez has to offer!
