I researched their product and thought I would give them a try. I went to their website and selected the special they were having. I viewed and agreed to their pricing, but when I went to schedule the service there was a surprise "Service Fee" of $24.00 added to the bill. As I am viewing the invoice a nice agent from the company called me. When I asked about the fee she said it is applied to all orders and is mentioned in the disclaimers. NO THANKS, I will not do business that way. Show me the fees upfront , who knows what other fees they may add if they actually came to the house.

We had a difficult situation with our neighbors and some paint overspray on their windows and screens. Puretec was able to thoroughly clean the windows and replace the screens. Aside from some minor scheduling issues, the process was smooth and painless. The work looks great and my neighbors are pleased. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

After a couple renovation projects that left our home dusty, we had Scout SoftWash out to clean our windows, the lichen on our roof, rain gutters, solar panels, hard scape, you name it pretty much everything at our house. The home looks amazing and is so clean! One added benefit from the exterior house cleaning is all the cobwebs and bird poop are gone.

Our cleaning experts Laine, Kane, and Eathan were so polite and respectful of our home… they even wore booties during the interior cleaning, and did an excellent job explaining everything to me along the way. From start to finish as you choose which services you need, Karl, Jack and/or Josh will walk you through everything. We highly recommend this company.

Scout SoftWash did an amazing job with the soft wash on my roof and on the stucco of my home. Both Carl and Josh were extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and timely. I will definitely be doing more business with Scout in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Chance and Kane were out this morning and did a fantastic job. I believe my wife made the appt yesterday at some point and the guys were actually early to our appt which was great. They were both respectful, efficient and appreciated how they did on the windows! We will be using Scout Softwash again!

Everyone at Scout Soft wash was fantastic! It was easy to schedule, have someone come out to do a free estimate, and the guy who did the cleaning (I think his name was Lamar) did an incredible job and made sure to answer all our questions. Would highly recommend them for window cleaning!

Edited for 2024: we used scout soft wash again and had a great experience. Karl got us scheduled right away and Laine and Kane did the cleaning and did an amazing job! Referred them to our neighbors because they were so impressed!

First time using Puretec window and screen cleaning services and I am so impressed! I also got my balcony power washed. Josh, the owner, was very nice and he came to my house and gave me a quote. Lamarus was on time and worked fast, quiet and efficiently. I was working from home and I hardly even noticed he was there. I have "new" windows. So grateful for their service. Now I can again enjoy our beautiful San Diego sunlit views from my home.

Called and was able to get an appointment next day for my windows. After a 3 year build next door they were in desperate need. I’ve tried to clean my own windows but am left with streaks and frustration. The techs were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. My house is soo much brighter now😊 thanks Scout Softwash.

Today Danny from Scout Softwash came to wash our windows for the first time in 4 years. The results were incredible, it looks like we have new windows and a new house! Danny was really meticulous, and did an amazing job considering how dirty the screens, windows and tracks were after the long rainy season we had this year. Their pricing was reasonable too, and scheduling was easy. Highly recommend this service.

I have been so grateful to this company for many years. But this year was the highlight. We bought a new home. Laine Kane went out of their way to get everything done beautifully and perfectly. The cleaned the lichen off the roof, cleaned the solar panels, all the very dirty windows inside and out and the screens as well as the top of my ceiling fans. My new house is now sparking. The windows are so clean they are like mirrors! Even the Christmas tree lights reflect in the glass. The men were professional, safety oriented, kind, informative, efficient and the usual Scout Wash outstanding service. I love this company and all who work there… thank you too to Josh and Karl.

We have been using Puretec Property Services for many years. Josh and his crew are professional, friendly and trustworthy. We have used them for mostly window cleaning including skylights/rooftop windows, but this last year used them for power washing. They do an excellent job on all the services we used and we have very large windows and lots of glass wind breaks. They are prompt and conscientious of being in your home. I'd recommend Puretec and plan to continue to use them in the future.

We have been using Puretec Property Services at two homes during the past five years. We have them clean the windows, screens, backyard property line glass, and solar panels. They do an amazing job!! We are always very pleased with the job that they do. They are a very professional company and are easy to do business with every time. Josh, the owner, is a super friendly guy and his employees are friendly and hard-working as well. Lastly, they are extremely trustworthy and treat your property with respect.

We are another more than satisfied customer. Our home insurance company sent us a non-renewal letter about three weeks ago. They said that our roof had algae/moss and needed its removal to be considered for our home insurance renewal. We found Scout Softwash. They were prompt with their initial appointment and walk through assessment. Karl explained the process of removing the algae/moss etc and products they use. They took before and after drone photos to support their stated claims of service. We submitted documentation to our insurance company. Our insurance company reinstated us! We are extremely thankful to Scout Softwash for their excellent service. We highly recommend them.

The tech from Baker Home Energy advised that my solar panels were dirty. ScoutSoft Wash exterior cleaning experts came recommended by Baker. Today Kane and Eathan arrived ontime to do the work. They were both passionate about their work and company. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. They got right down to work and once they were done they showed me before and after pictures. I was amazed at how dirty the panels had gotten and how they looked brand new after Eathan and Kane finished. I will be calling them back every year! PS: The company is tech savvy with scheduling and communication updates which makes for fast and efficient information flow between the company and the customer.

Scout Softwash gave me the best price. They were also quite on time and finished the job exactly as stated. I searched and contacted 7 companies to perform roof cleaning and in the end I was quite happy to choose Scout wash. The softwash without going on the roof is the best way of cleaning while making sure your tiles are not damaged. Karl was very friendly and he explained everything well. Our home has over 700 small panes of glass in its windows. We’ve had Josh and his team do our windows for many years and they always do an excellent job, and it’s not an easy job! They’re very quiet, respectful and completely trustworthy. They have a wonderful warranty in that if it rains within so many days of you having your windows done they will come back and do the exteriors that need it. They did that for us once or twice. We can’t recommend him highly enough.
