Writing this review about the ESTIMATE process, as I did not engage their services.
Called early in week to get estimate for SQ FT for my work, was given a price per sq ft and a time for a tech to come give me final estimate. I spoke with the tech about the estimate (on day he was meant to come in person) he asked a couple of questions and I told him the Sq ft price I was quoted. He said ok, but the rug sq ft is double that. Ok, so I have 1250 sq ft at quoted cost, then 450 sq ft of rugs (at double the sq ft cost). The total he tells me he can do it for is THREE TIMES the amount that it would add up to if I count the square feet/price! And almost 3x the cost of our normal carpet cleaner. It was a strange interaction and unfriendly as well, would never choose to do business with them if there are alternatives. If it was a misunderstanding, no good will effort was made on their side.

They also provide guidance on how to handle minor stains. However, in the event of serious spills like red wine on delicate fabrics, they recommend reaching out to them immediately. Asher or Samuel work their magic to arrange a visit either on the same day or the next. I've suggested their services to several friends who have all been extremely satisfied with their work. Even in emergencies, such as accidental spills or pet-related issues, the office staff do their best to arrange a visit as soon as possible. I've recommended them to numerous people who have all been thrilled with their work. All in all, they're a superbly fantastic company!

i had my carpet cleaning done in carlsbad. the team was supposed to reach between 12-5pm, and i was told i'd receive a call before their arrival. however, asher and jonah arrived at 1130 am. as i wasn't home yet, i asked them to wait, to which they kindly agreed, mentioning that the dispatcher should have notified me. my son, who had previously worked with the company, assured me of their service quality. i must say, i'm quite happy with the cleaning they did on my area rug. however, i wasn't entirely pleased with the way the grout cleaning was handled. i noticed several areas, particularly in tight spaces, corners, and along baseboards, where the cleaning spray seemed to have missed. particularly in my master bath, the toilet room didn't seem to have been touched at all. i was informed by the team that it would take 24 hours for the area to dry completely, and i waited until then to assess the work. the tile appears a bit rough now due to the missed spots in the cleaning process. my husband observed that there wasn't much detailed cleaning involved for those hard-to-reach areas, which was unexpected. after all, we hired a professional service to avoid having to do the detailed cleaning ourselves. i would've thought a reputable cleaning service would provide tools like brushes to reach those difficult areas. despite this, i appreciate the work done on the rug and i hope for better attention to detail in the future.
