I hired Scout Softwash to clean my solar panels, windows and gutters. Two young men showed up on time and worked hard all afternoon and did a beautiful job. The before & after pictures of my solar panels were dramatic. They pulled 20 years of stuff out of my gutters and my windows look spectacular. I highly recommend Scout Softwash and especially Ethan and Tristan who did the work!

We had our 6th story condo windows cleaned today and Tristan and Andrew were on time, well organized, polite and very careful of our belongings. We highly recommend Scout and will use them again next year.

When Scout SoftWash team Kane Wade and Carlos finished cleaning my roof, I was completely satisfied. Mold Mildew and "Honey Dew" from the infected Eucalyptus in the grove across the street had built up a horrid black coating on my beautiful red tile roof. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up upon leaving quite thoroughly. Imagine my surprise when when the sun came out and an occasional rain fell, the roof kept getting BETTER. Neighbors stop and comment on my beautiful roof. "Looks like a new house."

Had my solar panels cleaned for the first time after 4 years. The before and after is amazing (see pictures). Also had my windows cleaned. Ethan did a great job on the panels and windows. He's a hard worker and a very respectful young man. Also had my screens replaced including the frames. Again, amazing difference. Josh (owner) and Carl (GM) were both very helpful and accommodating. No surprise this company has so many great reviews.

The Scout Softwash Team was courteous and did a great job. Karl was responsive, prompt and helpful. He was easy to work with. Tristan and Wade did a quality job on our roof, driveway and sidewalks. They were respectful and communicated well. Jack took great aerials and was polite and also explained things well.

I was very happy working with each of them and with the work they did.

Josh, the one who put up our customer owned lights did it not knowing if he'd done a good enough job warranting an 'attaboy' review. He thought it better to wait to see if they all worked well enough to earn the right for a good star rating. Scout has their own stock of Christmas decorations they set up and take down at the customer's wishes. He related that he was giving thought to expand his business to include more in line with the changes in lighting and decorations. Well, Josh did one OUTSTANDING job in putting up permanent lighting hidden beneath the awning of our home made by a company call Eufy. This job wasn't easy by a loooong shot but he did this two-man job single handed and with over the top perfection. We were and are EXTREMELY pleased with his work, friendly and accommodating demeanor.

I became acquainted with Scout when I saw their advertisement for solar panel cleaning and after finding out that there's a right and wrong way of cleaning solar panels I followed of one of the technicians at Baker Home Energy (who installed our panels) recommendations and gave them a call. Want your panels cleaned the right way? I'm passing along that recommendation. These guys are worth it!

The Stripes team was so efficient, cleaning our windows and truly leaving them spotless! The character of team was remarkable, some likeable and kind dudes. They displayed great communication and made coming home to a sparkling house an amazing experience.

I was so grateful that Hudson came over and cleaned the outside of my windows, they look great. Hudson is very reasonably priced and I appreciated his quick reply and that he got the windows cleaned right away.

I cannot say enough great things about Steve Ingraham. His experience and knowledge were very apparent from quote process to the completion of the job. Him and his team absolutely transformed our travertine floors and shower on our house before we listed it for sale. The whole experience was amazing.

Steve offered a fair price, phenomenal service, navigated around painter, electrician, and even a Home Depot appliance delivery. He looked like a Director to an orchestra working around all the distractions in the house. He even offered up tips to have Home Depot not scratch our floors as they changed out a stove and dishwasher.

I would recommend Steve 10/10 times to anyone who needs stone work done. He will be one of my first calls whenever we need additional work done Thanks again Steve, 5 stars is well deserved!
