I have owned a Top-Producing Real Estate Team for almost 20 years & have experienced my fair share of window cleaning companies. Right from the start, my experience with Scout SoftWash was top-notch. They are personable, professional, reliable and produce amazing results. I don't ever recommend companies/services to my clients, that I haven't personally tried. I had them "detail" the windows at my residence, and have had no problem referring them to all of my clients, pre-and post-sale. One of the things that I like the most, is that they stand behind their work. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed!

Eathan and Tristan did an outstanding job cleaning our 40 windows and the retaining wall glass panels. They were friendly and professional and offered us excellent advice on their other services. We would be happy to see them again for our next window cleaning.

Ethan and Tristan arrived ON TIME for our solar panel cleaning appointment. This was our first experience having this done. These gentleman were the definition of courtesy and professionalism. First time we had our solar panels cleaned. Scout did a wonderful job. Sent me the before and after photos. I would definitely recommend this company. Very nice on the phone placing the appointment and prompt service!

This is the first time I've used Scout Soft Wash and I was very impressed. My homeowner's insurance company sent me notification that my policy would not be renewed due to moss/algae on my roof, but suggested that my policy might be restored if I had the roof professionally cleaned. I interviewed several companies, but I was impressed with Karl ( the owner of Scout softwash). He came and inspected the roof and we had a very thorough discussion about his recommendations and suggestions. Today he showed up with his team, showed them exactly what was to be done in the areas he and I had discussed, and left it up to Tristan and Eathan. They did an excellent job! They were both very pleasant, informative and competent. At the end, we went over the property and did a joint inspection to make sure I was happy with their work. I was!!! Not only did they clean moss and algae from the roof, but the whole house looked refreshed and lovely!
After the work was completed, the Scout Softwash videographer, Jack, did an excellent job of documenting the work done on my roof. He sent the required documentation to the insurance company and a copy to me. He handled all their requests, cheerfully and promptly, even when requests were received after business hours.

We just used Scout for the second year in a row. They do exceptionally good work. I will also add that the two guys who worked at our house (Tristan and Ethan) were very professional and friendly. We’ll be using Scout again for sure!

Great experience all around. They came within a few days to give me a quote and then were able to schedule the work for the following week. I have had them wash the roof + gutters ~1 year ago, and following the rain we had this winter, very glad we did! This time around we had them clean the windows (~50) inside and out + screen replacement/repairs and again, the team led by Josh came on time, was very courteous and friendly, and did an excellent work. I strongly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful service. Very carrying young men. Clean my hardscape to look like new. Put all patio furniture back made sure the furniture was clean. First time I used professional power wash. Will do it again

Karl has an amazing crew! Jack, Chris & Kane were very thorough, detail oriented and took care with both my house and my plants. Even though the sun went down by the time they finished with the soft wash, they stayed and replaced all the outdoor furniture and cleaned the windows in the dark! Big thanks to the Scout SoftWash crew! I couldn’t be happier with the results!💝

Wonderful experience with Scout SoftWash. Chance and Tristan did a thorough job washing the roof and solar panels. They took such great care in not making a mess as well as taping up all the sensitive parts of the house (lights, plugs, etc.). They cleaned and squeegeed the windows after. And the best part, they cleaned the patio umbrella and it looks like new now! Thanks guys!

I have been using this company for many years (under its prior name and as Scout Softwash) and am a repeat customer for window detailing. This year I added soft wash for the upper stucco and eves to the window detailing service. They customized the soft wash service to meet my needs, and the upper stucco and eves look great. The window detailing looks amazing. Team members Tristan and Ethan were detail oriented, friendly, and took great care and were respectful of the interior of the house when doing the inside windows. Stucco and windows look brand new. I recommend them without qualification and with great enthusiasm.

GREAT AS ALWAYS! We have been calling Scout Soft Wash for our windows (mostly window cleaning ) for many years. They are respectful, do a great job, very satisfied every time they come. I got an e-mail at the end of February following up with us. This time we asked them to replace (re-screening) our old screen doors and windows. As usual, the service was excellent and prompt. We had Scout SoftWash out today to clean our solar panels and wash our windows.
Ethan & Tristan were excellent, personable and thorough! I can't give a high enough recommendation for the work they did. They explained the process of cleaning the Solar panels, and gave us photos of before and after.
They were courteous, quick and so professional. Our windows are squeaky clean and we are very satisfied customers of Scout SoftWash.

This was the first time we used the services of Scout Soft Wash & are very pleased. Our windows look great! Tristan & Eathan were courteous, efficient, & neat. They made certain we were happy w/the end result. Prior cleanings (with other companies) initially looked good but in certain light conditions you could still see the residue from the manufacturer’s appliqués. Now, after taking the time to thoroughly rub out the marks, the glass appears invisible! Thank you Tristan & Eathan for making them sparkle.

My insurance company wants me to get rid of the moss on my roof or they will add a surcharge to my premium. Karl came out to look at my house and explained thoroughly what needs to be done and how they will do it, as well as what I can expect during and after the work. He showed up with his son the day before the work to drone video the roof to pin point the problem areas. The next day the staff came and did an amusing job cleaning the roof, solar panels, windows and the back patio. They are pleasant to work with, being careful to cover my plants and moving my patio furniture out of the way and putting them back after the work is done. They will give me the before and after drone photos for me to submit to my insurance company. Their service also comes with a 6 year warranty. This is the first time I used them and I am very happy I did.

We are so happy we found Scout SoftWash and their amazing team! Our 7 unit triplex / duplex building had never been washed… As we have been doing improvements and upgrades to the building, we discovered the importance of a thorough building cleaning which not only removed dirt and grime, but mold spores that had obviously been present for a long time. They cleaned every nook and cranny of our building, from the outside, to the walkways, the driveways and even the dumpster enclosure. The process was seamless with the utmost professionalism.

Eathan and Tristan were on site doing an incredible job. They were personable with our tenants and took a lot of pride in their work, even taking the time to explain some details of the process, which we appreciated! Our building went from a dingy dull dirty tan color to the original light tan, at least a few shades up. We are happy, our tenants are happy and our building now sparkles! Laine was very professional, cordial, and respectful. He did an amazing job on all my windows, tracks, and slider door inside and outside my condo above the garage. I haven't had my windows cleaned in 19 years and they look brand new after Laine washed them. I loved the smell afterwards and the fact that it's non toxic and no residue. I would highly recommend Laine to my friends and family. I will definitely use Scouts SoftWash again.

These guys are great! We live in a 3-story townhome and they seamlessly wash every window and screen in little time, but do quality work. Highly recommend!
