Had heard a lot of good things about zerorez and decided to give them a try. We are very pleased with the results. We had all of our floors cleaned, including tile - the difference is amazing, looks like new floors! Jose was an excellent technician, clearly communicated the estimate and worked quickly and efficiently.

I hired someone from another company to come and do our rental carpets. Three small bedrooms, no furniture at all. The guy showed up in shorts and a T-shirt, in a small car. He did not know what I had been originally quoted, and started giving me his estimate. The price was going higher and higher. Since he appeared so unprofessional, I decided to go with another company. I called Zerorez whom I had used in the past for our own home. They were able to get me an appointment just hours later, and the carpets look amazing! The employee who showed up was professionally dressed, courteous, friendly and represented the company well! I could not be more pleased. Price was even less than the guy who said his carpet machine was in his car.
Don’t waste your time! Call Zerorez!

The technician politely called asking if he could arrive early which was fine by me. He was very polite and personable and he did an amazing job got quite a few stains out that I didn’t think would ever go away. The only reason I’m taking a star off is we did pay extra to have a bio treatment done in our living room for pet urine and once it was dry I could still smell it in the carpet so that disappointed me a bit and the carpet by the front door still had a decent amount of dirt in it when I wiped the carpet with a paper towel the paper towel looked pretty dirty .But all in all it was a good service. Next time I’ll just ask the tech to maybe go over the high traffic areas once more before they leave because I thought he did a great job until I checked it with the towel and it still showed some dirt that had surfaced and I vacuumed quite a few times before they arrived.

This was the second time I have used zero rez and I’ve been impressed both times. The technicians are always very honest with the job they are doing and whether they can take care of my carpet concerns. They work efficiently and are conscientious about moving through the home. Best of all, I was prepared to pay the price I was quoted, and when I filled out my online invoice, it automatically loaded a coupon which I was not expecting! I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

We had Luis and Alex here today they did a great job. They were true professionals and performed the work efficiently with outstanding results. They were here on time and communicated with us as to their expected arrival which is always a great service.
We will most certainly use the services of Zerotez again!

This company responded quickly, setting up an appointment, very courteous and a great price to do 20 year old carpet. It was a move out and they exceeded my expectations. Drew was prompt, quick, efficient and forthcoming. I would highly recommend Zerorez!!!

She made me feel like a valued customer and went the extra mile to get me the room special discount. Scott was beyond knowledgeable and was a hard worker. He had excellent communication skills. He also suggested I consider cleaning the tile in the kitchen & dining-room which was filthy and he gave me a fair price quote. I wasn’t sure it would make a big improvement, but I was shocked at how much better the tile looked. The carpets came out looking new! I’m so happy with Zerorez and I will absolutely use them for my own home. I highly recommend this pro company 100%.

My experience with Zerorez and technician (Brian) was good. Brian was more than on time, he called and left me a message that he was available earlier than the schedule time, which was great for me as it would give the carpet plenty of time to dry before my kiddos get home from their day out and about. Brian arrived with a positive attitude and ready to work. He was very attentive to our carpet cleaning needs and made sure that I was satisfied with the cleaning of each room completed before he moved on to the next room in our house. After completing his work he ensured that any questions I had were answered to the best of his knowledge. I felt full transparency from Zerorez and from Brian on the method used to clean our carpet. I definitely recommend Zerorez and will use their service again.

Drew was awesome! He called 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. He arrived on time and explained everything there were new surprise costs. He did a great job. And it was a wonderful experience. I emailed to set up the appointment and in choir about their services and received a very prompt response and answers to all of my questions. Highly recommend Zerorez!

I have used your Zerorez to clean carpets from my rentals. And they did an excellent job. I delivered three area rugs to them from my home. I don’t think they were even cleaned. One of them had pet urine and they said they were going to do a treatment for that on both the top and bottom. When I went to pick them up, they looked the same as when I dropped them off. There was still a stain on the big one and it still smelled of urine. Then I find out that they did the pet treatment on the wrong rug. So they said they would redo it and not charge me for it. So I left them there and when I came back a few weeks later I looked at the large area rug that was supposed to be treated for pet urine. It still had a stain on the top. The guy helping me went and got a spot, treatment cleaner, and it came right off. When he rolled it up, I could smell the urine on the backside. He gave me a spray treatment I could use when I got it home. I don’t believe the area rugs were cleaned at all, because if they were cleaned, there wouldn’t be a reason for this spot treatment. Also, I wouldn’t have smelled the urine. Unfortunately, I have to find another carpet cleaner.

Drew was a perfectionist. He used a brush on the travertine grout to lift the dirt. It was time consuming, but he wanted to do the best job that he could. He was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I love Zerorez!

I was told zerorez did a uv ray test by our rental agent Diana at rental xperts and found no pet urine. Here are pictures of the pet urine we found after their “testing” and “cleaning”.
We had one carpet removed from a bedroom because the smell was so foul, and the carpet installation report stated the stains on the old material were from pet urine. (Though it was obvious from the offending odor)

Ronnie from Zerorez arrived on time and was courteous, polite and attentive when I showed him the areas of concern on our carpets. He was confident it would be easy to take care of, and got to it. He completed the job in a timely manner, and also did not balk or hesitate to return the following week to go over a couple areas that required extra attention at no additional charge (those areas were easy to miss given the lighting and wetness of the carpet) this was our third time using Zerores, and we will of course be returning to their services the next time our carpets need cleaning again. Why this half-clean, streak nonsense here? Half my high-traffic walkway came clean but the other half didn’t? Yeah right. And what’s with the weird spot? Nothing weird was spilled there. You know why that’s there, now? That’s where the guy put down his cleaner bottle and apparently it leaked and now I have a tiny little extra-clean “v” right in my main walkway, right where apparently it wouldn’t come clean…right next to where it did…I guess…and now I’m stuck with this weird streak here on the walkway to the restroom my guests always use. This should have turned out better. No reason for this careless result.
