I am thrilled with the service I received. Even more is the fact that Zerorez was able to remove some awful stains in my carpet. My technician was so helpful and professional. Thanks again! You guys were awesome!!

Scheduling was easy. The technicians were on time, courteous and professional. They did a walk through and a good job on our carpet, sofas and an area rug. Some of the carpets seemed wetter than others when they were done… Not sure why that would be?
It ended up being quite expensive (especially upholstery… couch $145, loveseat $110) because we had so much done. They did clean a hallway for free. I’m not sure if their prices are better/comparable to other companies as I really didn’t do any price comparison.

Josh was great! He was fast and efficient. I appreciated his attention to detail in the tough stained parts of our carpets. Our carpets were in bad shape and after he was done they looked brand new. This is my 2nd time getting our carpets cleaned with this company and they have not disappointed. Will be calling them again for future cleanings.

George was amazing! He was on time, friendly, and was honest with me about what would work best for our carpet. The service was pretty fast and my carpets look brand new, especially my white area rug! I was about to replace it but he was able to get all the markings out and it literally looks brand new. I asked him about my couch cushion because one of my dogs had an accident on it recently. He said no problem, and took care of the cushion for me as a courtesy. He also helped me treat my sons car seat, which was a last minute request. He seriously went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much for the professionalism, timeliness, and wonderful customer service. We will definitely be using only Zerorez from now on!

We tried Zerorez for the first time today at the recommendation of a friend. The appointment scheduling was easy and the representative provided a detailed estimate. I was kept updated ahead of time with information on what to expect and how to prepare. Mason called 15 minutes before he arrived and was right on time. Very professional job including corner protectors, secured the hose up the stairs etc. Mason was fast and efficient and provided all the follow up information. They aren’t the cheapest service but you get what you pay for. Very affordable for a high quality result. We will be using Zerorez annually going forward

I made a last minute (end of day) phone call to schedule an appointment. I had great customer service on the phone. I was able set up an appointment for the next day. I had one room carpet cleaned. It looks brand new. The carpet specialist was very professional and courteous. I will recommend and use them again.

Our technician Brian did a great job. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We are very happy with our results. This is our second time using NoRez. We highly recommend them. The office staff is also very nice and helpful too.

They actually were about 2 hours ahead but that was even better for us. They did a fantastic job for a carpet that had never been cleaned in 15 years! Our 2 area rugs were 20 years old and they look new! We will definitely be calling them back for upholstery and maybe tile cleaning! Great job!

Josh was great. He came same day after we had a spill and the stain is gone. The entire house looks great.the carpet doesn’t have any rough residue like other companies. I would highly recommend.

I received a quote over the phone, and got the technician scheduled within a few days. The tech actually was able to arrive an hour earlier than expected, which was great for me. The tech was very professional, and took my concerns into account. The carpets and area rugs turned out great (and my carpets are white). I’ve used Zerorez once before at a different place and would definitely recommend them.

Mike and Brian did a great job! They contacted me and came early. They were able to add some of my tile flooring into the service. Everything is so clean, I can feel my stress level disappear! Excellent job. Thank you and I will call again!

Stephanie was extremely patient and helpful even though I’d made a mistake is scheduling the service. She saved the day! Josh, the technician, was friendly and courteous. He called to let me know he was on his way and removed stains out I thought would be there forever. Zerorez did great job!

Everyone I talk to from that company was super nice. They helped me work through some logistical problems. The on-site young man was very courteous, professional and as far as I can tell, did a wonderful job. my carpet looks great right now. I have had problems in the past with other companies having stains reappear. The operator who cleaned my carpet, assured me that he did not think that would be the case. I am very happy with this company

Ronnie J. was amazing! Super professional and courteous! Explained very easily what he was going to do and he was very efficient. We had another great experience with Zerorez today. We have had them clean our carpets several times but today they cleaned our tile and dining table chairs as well. The person who provided the service arrived early and was communicative and knowledgeable about the process. We will use them again and we highly recommend their services.

My appointment was between 10:00 and 2:00, but they were able to come early at 9:30 a.m. I have an older cat so my carpet was very smelly in the room where the litter box is. I paid a little extra to remove the odor and it was worth it!
Alex and John were very professional and explained everything to me beforehand. They did an awesome job cleaning my carpets! I would definitely use this company again!

We were very pleased with the service. The communication before hand was very good. Jose, called before he arrived and showed up on time. He was very professional and a hard worker. He was very careful with his equipment around the house and shared his expertise with us on how to take care of our carpets in the future. On top of all that, our carpets and couch looked great when he was finished.

Tech called to advise me of arrival time. We went over the areas and problem spots to be cleaned. He was efficient. He asked me to review the areas and I was satisfied with the results. Mr. Silva used shoe covers and got work quickly. Very happy with the results. I have used Zerorez several times and have been satisfied with the outcome.
