We called Cliff with Knockout Carpet Cleaning in Carlsbad a few days ago to come out and service our carpets. Our carpet and couch were in need of a deep steam cleaning and had not been cleaned in months. The price Cliff quoted us over the phone for the carpet & upholstery cleaning stayed the same and we felt very comfortable with him. He is very personably and professional.

Having kids we believe that non toxic, organic carpet cleaning is the only way to go.
Cliff not only did a great job cleaning, deodorizing and speed drying our carpets, he did it for a fair price and did a quality job.

I called Knockout Cleaning to clean the carpet in one of my bedrooms. Cliff was very professional and timely arriving at my residence within a few hours. He was quick and did a great job with the carpet. I will be using his service again in the future.

This was the second time we've had him come in the past couple of years. We have had innumerable pet stains on our carpet. He treats the smell with enzymes, and in such a quick amount of time, our carpet is spic and span and bright again. I was surprised at how quickly he got it all looking great! He cleaned my area rugs, an upholstered chair and all of my carpets and it all looks and feels great! He was even early to his appointment!

Cliff was phenomenal. I never expected him to be as quick and efficient as he was. I also didnt expect to notice a difference in my carpet, however everything is amazing already! Highly recommend. I will definitely use again.

I was very happy with Cliff and his rug cleaning skills. He did Scotchguard my rugs so it's too early to say if the dirt comes back quickly or not. I will say, he did an AMAZING job getting them clean again, they look fantastic!!! He has a great system that texts you when he is on his way, sends emails on what to do after the cleaning and also one to rate his service. That is very nice in todays automated world, he makes it easy!!

We were very happy with the appointment we made with Knockout carpet cleaning here in Carlsbad. We were looking for a local company we could count on when we decided to call Cliff.

He showed up on time with a helper and they were friendly and informative on the organic process and their method of cleaning our carpet. They got out stains my last carpet cleaner could not and left our carpet almost dry to the touch. The speed dry was a little extra but well worth it. We have three kids and can't wait for a day for the carpet to dry.
