Cliff was very polite and personable. His rates were reasonable. He did a great job! The room none of us thought would be cleanable looks great! Plus, he was willing to come on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! I will for sure call him again if I have carpeting.

We have used Knockout Carpet Cleaning 3 times now. We have also used them twice for cleaning our couch. They are always prompt, friendly, and time efficient. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend Knockout Carpet Cleaning. They steam-cleaned my are rug without vacuuming first, causing all the hair and dirt to soak in rather than being removed. After they "cleaned" it, I vacuumed and pulled up a layer of hair and dirt as seen in the photo - proving it was never properly prepped. When I asked if they had vacuumed beforehand, they claimed the hair "wasn't visible to the naked eye," yet it was clearly visible. They also knew I had a dog so dog hair should be something they think about.

They seemed rushed, which pressured me into paying before I could fully check their work. When I reached out, they initially offered a $50 refund or to come back to only get the hair off, but when I asked if they would redo the entire rug properly, they stopped responding. On top of that, their hose scuffed my brand-new baseboard, which had just been touched up a few days prior. I had to do my own vacuuming, re-clean the rug, and now cover the cost of the baseboard touch-up--all of which should have been reflected in a proper refund. As of now I have no refund.

To make matters worse, they wouldn't confirm whether they vacuumed my couch before steam-cleaning. Their excuse? That I should have told them to vacuum first - which should be standard practice. Any professional knows that steam-cleaning over dirt can lead to mold growth. Now, I'll have to replace my rug sooner than expected.

I expected professional, thorough service, and instead, I got rushed work, damage to my home, and zero accountability. Avoid this company.

This is my second time using Knockout Carpet Cleaning to clean my couches, and they do a phenomenal job every time. I have two dogs who can make our couch pretty dirty and stinky, and they always leave it looking and smelling amazing. They do an excellent job deodorizing and deep cleaning the couch. I will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend their services!

Cliff responded to my inquiry within minutes. Was a phenomenal communicator. Promptly sent texts after phone calls regarding appointment times and dates. Had a flexible schedule. Was punctual on the day of our appointment. Pricing was very reasonable. Cleaning was well done. Overall great experience start to finish. Would use his service again and recommend without a doubt.

Doesn’t use signals when switching lanes. Can’t see through the decorative windows so that is especially dangerous when they are just switching lanes whenever they want.

By far the best Carpet guy I have ever used!!! He does it different than anyone I have used in the past. He has this extra machine that extracts dirt prior to cleaning. Awesome!!! He will definitely get my business again.

I uses Riester's Carpet Service to clean our clubhouse as well as my house. The were so reasonable that I had them to a chair and dining room chairs also. They were wonderful and could not have asked for better service as well as nice people. I highly recommend them.
