Called Barringer Pools about a part the next day they came out and replaced it for me. Good price and great service. I will use them again.

Had a bad experience trying to work with these folks. Customer service is not practiced. I don't often review folks, and I would be hard pressed to give a bad review, but Birdie was a nightmare. All things happen for a reason, and I am delighted to be working with Tamarack Pools instead.

Bridie and her team do an awesome job with our pool. They have strong knowledge about pool equipment and are friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool service.

I have been fortunate during my 64 years to own several homes with in ground pools. I have always performed the weekly pool service needs and used pool services to deal with many of the pool issues outside of weekly maintenance. So I know a thing or two about a thing or two. In all my years of using many pool service companies and pool service independent contractors Barringer Pools is by far at the top of my list.
The list of attributes is extensive. To name a few; overall knowledge, resource for any types of pool related questions, efficiency, fairness, completely trustworthy related to recommendations and billing, yada yada. If you are like me and need an excellent pool service resource or need a pool service company to turn key take of your pool, Barringer is the best answer in San Diego.

Just moved into a new house with a pool and jacuzzi and like most other people my wife and i didn't know the first thing about it.Our pool heater was broken and other things needed maintaining. After being treated like an idiot by other pool companies, I decided to find someone on my own through the web and came across Barringer pools. Tye was extremely helpful and got me the new partsand within a week it was installed with a warrant. Tye also took the time to explain the functions of my pool pumps and how to correctly maintain my pool. I would highly recommend Tye at Barringer pools for any of your pool needs. I know that I will only use there pool service vs any other company for all future pool problems that may arise.

I just wanted to say how professional and knowledgeable Tye and Bridie are at Barringer Pools. I have loved working with the two of them! They are very help and quick to respond when I have an emergency. Tye and Skip have been servicing my pool for the past 3 year and they have done an amazing job. Our service person took good care to explain the services available and related costs. He arrived on time and let us know 20 min before he arrived that he was enroute. He worked to protect our walls and furniture before cleaning the carpets. The carpets were cleaned in a very time efficient manner. They seemed quite dry within about 8 hours from when they were cleaned - that's when we first set foot on them. No odor from the cleaning solution lingered and the color of the carpets look bright and clean. It is possible that cleaning solution residue may be present but we cannot feel it there at all - there is NO CRUNCHY CARPET which is a win!!!! We will
absolutely be repeat customers.

I’ve been using Zerorez since 2011. They do a wonderful job they’re always friendly, both in the office and at my home. They call when they’re on the way, they waste no time setting up, spraying the spots, cleaning the carpet, making sure I’m happy, and then they’re gone. I couldn’t ask for better service. Today, Scott was my guy, and he was awesome!

Very professional, very quick and showed up right in the beginning of the four hour window. He also called before coming over which I really appreciated. Very polite and did very good cleaning the carpets. The two stains I had are completely gone. Very grateful!

Excellent service. Staff able to schedule a next day Appt two days before Christmas. Technician showed up right on time! He was very courteous and professional. High quality workmanship and attention to detail. We have used ZeroRes for many years and always highly satisfied!

Zerorez sent two guys. They called first to tell me they were 10 minutes away. They were great. They arrived on time and we're completely professional. V they finished my job quickly and kept me informed the whole time. I would definitely use them again

Luis and his crew were really great and respectful while in my home. However, the coordination of their services by their administrative office was horrible and insulting. My appointment was for Friday morning between 8-10. I explained that I was on the second floor of a condo development and they would not be able to pull their truck right up to my home. I even made arrangements to have them get as close as possible. Luis arrived on time but was not able to provide the service because he was not equipped with a portable cleaner to get to my unit. I took two hours off of work to have the service but was unable to receive it in any fashion. I was rescheduled for Saturday but the time frame doubled since it was later in the day. The crew arrived in the middle of the four-hour window and were done by 3:00. Zerorez compensation for me losing two hours of work the day before and giving up half my Saturday for rescheduling the appointment I should have had on Friday? $20. Stick with Stanley Steamer. There is no customer service provided by Zerorez.

Josh Price was our Carpet Technician and had excellent customer service skills! He was on time, thorough with explaining the process from start to finish, and overall did a great job on our carpets. We will definitely be using and recommending Josh Price for other home services that Zerorez has to offer!

I am thrilled with the service I received. Even more is the fact that Zerorez was able to remove some awful stains in my carpet. My technician was so helpful and professional. Thanks again! You guys were awesome!!

Scheduling was easy. The technicians were on time, courteous and professional. They did a walk through and a good job on our carpet, sofas and an area rug. Some of the carpets seemed wetter than others when they were done… Not sure why that would be?
It ended up being quite expensive (especially upholstery… couch $145, loveseat $110) because we had so much done. They did clean a hallway for free. I’m not sure if their prices are better/comparable to other companies as I really didn’t do any price comparison.

Josh was great! He was fast and efficient. I appreciated his attention to detail in the tough stained parts of our carpets. Our carpets were in bad shape and after he was done they looked brand new. This is my 2nd time getting our carpets cleaned with this company and they have not disappointed. Will be calling them again for future cleanings.

George was amazing! He was on time, friendly, and was honest with me about what would work best for our carpet. The service was pretty fast and my carpets look brand new, especially my white area rug! I was about to replace it but he was able to get all the markings out and it literally looks brand new. I asked him about my couch cushion because one of my dogs had an accident on it recently. He said no problem, and took care of the cushion for me as a courtesy. He also helped me treat my sons car seat, which was a last minute request. He seriously went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much for the professionalism, timeliness, and wonderful customer service. We will definitely be using only Zerorez from now on!

We tried Zerorez for the first time today at the recommendation of a friend. The appointment scheduling was easy and the representative provided a detailed estimate. I was kept updated ahead of time with information on what to expect and how to prepare. Mason called 15 minutes before he arrived and was right on time. Very professional job including corner protectors, secured the hose up the stairs etc. Mason was fast and efficient and provided all the follow up information. They aren’t the cheapest service but you get what you pay for. Very affordable for a high quality result. We will be using Zerorez annually going forward

I made a last minute (end of day) phone call to schedule an appointment. I had great customer service on the phone. I was able set up an appointment for the next day. I had one room carpet cleaned. It looks brand new. The carpet specialist was very professional and courteous. I will recommend and use them again.

Our technician Brian did a great job. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We are very happy with our results. This is our second time using NoRez. We highly recommend them. The office staff is also very nice and helpful too.

They actually were about 2 hours ahead but that was even better for us. They did a fantastic job for a carpet that had never been cleaned in 15 years! Our 2 area rugs were 20 years old and they look new! We will definitely be calling them back for upholstery and maybe tile cleaning! Great job!
