I received a quote over the phone, and got the technician scheduled within a few days. The tech actually was able to arrive an hour earlier than expected, which was great for me. The tech was very professional, and took my concerns into account. The carpets and area rugs turned out great (and my carpets are white). I’ve used Zerorez once before at a different place and would definitely recommend them.

Everyone I talk to from that company was super nice. They helped me work through some logistical problems. The on-site young man was very courteous, professional and as far as I can tell, did a wonderful job. my carpet looks great right now. I have had problems in the past with other companies having stains reappear. The operator who cleaned my carpet, assured me that he did not think that would be the case. We had another great experience with Zerorez today. We have had them clean our carpets several times but today they cleaned our tile and dining table chairs as well. The person who provided the service arrived early and was communicative and knowledgeable about the process. We will use them again and we highly recommend their services.

My appointment was between 10:00 and 2:00, but they were able to come early at 9:30 a.m. I have an older cat so my carpet was very smelly in the room where the litter box is. I paid a little extra to remove the odor and it was worth it!

We were very pleased with the service. The communication before hand was very good. Jose, called before he arrived and showed up on time. He was very professional and a hard worker. He was very careful with his equipment around the house and shared his expertise with us on how to take care of our carpets in the future. Tech called to advise me of arrival time. We went over the areas and problem spots to be cleaned. He was efficient. He asked me to review the areas and I was satisfied with the results. Had heard a lot of good things about zerorez and decided to give them a try. We are very pleased with the results. We had all of our floors cleaned, including tile - the difference is amazing, looks like new floors! Jose was an excellent technician, clearly communicated the estimate and worked quickly and efficiently.

I hired someone from another company to come and do our rental carpets. Three small bedrooms, no furniture at all. The guy showed up in shorts and a T-shirt, in a small car. He did not know what I had been originally quoted, and started giving me his estimate. The price was going higher and higher. Since he appeared so unprofessional, I decided to go with another company. I called Zerorez whom I had used in the past for our own home. They were able to get me an appointment just hours later, and the carpets look amazing! The employee who showed up was professionally dressed, courteous, friendly and represented the company well! I could not be more pleased. Price was even less than the guy who said his carpet machine was in his car.

The technician politely called asking if he could arrive early which was fine by me. He was very polite and personable and he did an amazing job got quite a few stains out that I didn’t think would ever go away. The only reason I’m taking a star off is we did pay extra to have a bio treatment done in our living room for pet urine and once it was dry I could still smell it in the carpet so that disappointed me a bit and the carpet by the front door still had a decent amount of dirt in it when I wiped the carpet with a paper towel the paper towel looked pretty dirty .But all in all it was a good service. Next time I’ll just ask the tech to maybe go over the high traffic areas once more before they leave because I thought he did a great job until I checked it with the towel and it still showed some dirt that had surfaced and I vacuumed quite a few times before they arrived.

This was the second time I have used zero rez and I’ve been impressed both times. The technicians are always very honest with the job they are doing and whether they can take care of my carpet concerns. They work efficiently and are conscientious about moving through the home. Best of all, I was prepared to pay the price I was quoted, and when I filled out my online invoice, it automatically loaded a coupon which I was not expecting! I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
