We recently had our windows replaced, and the experience was exceptional.
Initially, we planned to undertake this project in the future, but Andrew, the representative, communicated so effectively that we decided to proceed right away.
The windows arrived promptly, and the installation was completed in just four days. The crew was highly professional and ensured my complete satisfaction, making the entire process truly fulfilling.
Once the project was finished, our home felt brand new, as if it were 20-30 years younger.
We did encounter an issue with the payment method, but it was resolved with great professionalism by the management team. Special thanks to Rob, who contacted me daily to assure us that a resolution was imminent, which they achieved.
We are genuinely thrilled to have worked with Elor. I will gladly share my positive experience with anyone considering home renovations. They are professional, caring, communicative, and goal-oriented.
