Great service!! Available right away, ours was an emergency red wine spill that needed immediate attention as guests made it worst trying to clean up themselves pouring hot water n laundry spot cleaner in it.
Michael is very personable n knowledgeble in his field...he had to come back a 2nd time but was able to take care of it and we cannot see any stains! Thank you very much for rescuing our brand new wool carpet!!

This company take advantage of you needs, mostly if you are on a deadline of service need, they change the price right on the spot, and clearly they dont return deposit, stay away from this bad service, unprofessional and rude.

Scammers. They give you a quote for a certain price, and they try to double it the day they come. Poor customer service and rude attitude. Worst experience ever

Don't trust them

Michael and Pimm are always on time and on budget. I’ve used their service many, many times and have been more than satisfied every time.

I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

I scheduled an appointment with Michael, the owner, 10 days in advance. We discussed everything clearly over the phone: square footage, number of bedrooms, and expectations. He quoted me $200–$250. I confirmed again the day before the appointment.

On the day of service, they showed up late. Once inside, Michael suddenly started asking about my move-out date. When I told him that the next day was my last day, he immediately changed the price to $380, nearly DOUBLE what we had agreed on.

When I reminded him of the original quote, his wife — who was with him — became extremely rude and started yelling, saying: “It’s either you take it or we leave.” She literally pulled him toward the door while I was trying to calmly say, “Let’s talk and clarify this.”

Their attitude was aggressive, unprofessional, and clearly an attempt to take advantage of the fact that I was moving out the next day and under pressure. When I said this felt unfair and dishonest, their response was essentially: “We don’t care.” Then they left.

Because of their behavior, I was left scrambling at the last minute and risked losing more of my security deposit. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: quote low, then jack up the price when they think you have no choice.

Late, rude, unprofessional, and greedy.
I do not recommend this business to anyone especially if you’re on a deadline.
