I would give even more starts if possible. Michael saved us from a huge blood stain that seemed impossible to get out. He removed it quickly and completely. He also removed all the mold from behind the curtain because of the condensation from the sliding glass doors. I have used his service and company for many years and he is always super courteous, quick and caring. I love how meticulous he leaves everything and rely on him completely.

Michael is the best. He’s fast, trustworthy, and consistently does excellent work. He has worked with me personally, my family, and many of my clients throughout Carmel, Pebble Beach, and across the Peninsula. Busy Bee (previously called Enviro Clean) has been cleaning the wall-to-wall carpet that runs throughout my 2 bedroom house for many years. They do a great job and are able to take out even very stubborn stains. The carpet is far from new but it always looks great after they have been here. An excellent, friendly and thoroughly reliable service.

I received excellent service from this company. There was nothing stolen from my home when they came to clean. That is always a concern with other companies. The young women that came to clean were professional and complete with their work.

Draper cleaning has been a godsend! I have an elderly friend, Sara, who's not fully mobile and trying to live independently in her own home in a healthy way. Christina is our regular cleaner, and she's amazing! She takes care of the house wonderfully! And is so good at working with Sara. It is so important to me and the family that Sara be well cared for, and we know we can trust Draper cleaning to do an amazing job at keeping the house clean, and being kind and thoughtful with Sara too.

We've had the pleasure of working with Kristina Bellem and Draper Services for over 5 years now. We have an "on call" arrangement where Kristina has assigned one her cleaning staff to our account and services the house only when requested.
We don't rent our house but we do share it with a handful of friends/relatives. We have always been very happy with the job that Carmen (the person assigned to our account) does and have been very happy with Kristina's management of the relationship. The pandemic strained many businesses and business relationships. We are very gratified that Draper Services remains in operation.
