Constraction reviews in Carmichael, California

Nick did a great job on stretching and cleaning my old carpet. I was suprised how the old carpet looked like after that. It looked great. I dont need to replace the carpet which could cost me $800.
His quote is very good which is compared with other carpet guys. Quick respond and very reasonable price. I highly recomended him. I will call him again for my new place soon. Thank you Nick.

Called the first time to have pet damaged doorways repaired (cats that got closed into bedrooms and scratched up the carpet)... we were so happy with the results that we called again to use the carpet cleaning service. Both jobs were done with extreme care and attention to detail and offered at very competitive prices. Nick was friendly and professional and didn't try to push any other products/services on us that we didn't ask for. I highly recommend Gold Coast Flooring.

Nick was great to work with starting with setting the appointment up. It was easy to get an estimate of what the job would cost as we were going through bids for the work. Tgw price of his estimate and the fact that he was able to work out a time that worked for both of us was the determining factor for going wirh him. Our carpet needed stretching and trimming as we had many areas that had buckled. He did a great job! We were happy with how it turned out. He also has a great warranty for his work. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Nick did a small carpet repair from dog damage. He responded quickly with a fair price, even reducing the price for not using all the expected materials. I can't see the seam from the old carpet into the new. Excellent job done quickly.

Nick cleaned our carpets when we moved in to our new house a couple of years ago. Today he repaired a spot and re-stretched our Berber. He does a fantastic job and he's very professional. He will definitely be our go-to carpet guy. Thanks Nick!

We bought a house that needed a good carpet cleaning and some carpet stretching throughout. We couldn’t move in until it was done and Nick was so timely with his estimate and completion of the job. The carpet looks beautiful! I won’t hesitate to use him again. Very competitive pricing, very professional. Thanks Nick!

Nick did a fantastic job for us. He was punctual, professional and efficient. We are so pleased with the job he did for us, on a small repair. We will be using Glod Coast Carpet for all future carpet needs. I highly recommend Gold Coast Carpet for any flooring needs.

Nick is so professional and so kind! He was at our house at 730 AM, ready for service. Our carpets (kids loft, hallway, stairs) were gross. Yet Nick was hopeful, positive, and knowledgeable about what we could expect. We had our carpets professionally shampooed before (different company), and
the carpets still had grime residue after the service. After Nick's service, the carpets were a different color, so much lighter and brighter! And the entire house smelled fresh. Almost all stains were removed- the only ones remaining were faint traces of red ink from markers (which is very hard to completely remove). But the high traffic areas, coffee, wine, popsicles, kinetic sand, dried play doh, pet, and other various stains were gone! Price was great. We will hire him again! Thank you!

Nick with Gold Coast is great to work with!
He did some repairs and cleaning in one area of our home and replaced carpet in the rest of our home.
He was prompt, courteous and finished the job on time. If you need work done, go with Gold Coast!

Thanks for all you did Nick!

I needed a last minute carpet cleaning appointment for my new granddaughter’s homecoming. Nick happened to have an opening, so I took it. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He did a great job in a timely manner. Thanks Nick, I can’t wait for my son’s wife and new daughter to come home to a clean, fresh, house!

Our great experience with Nick at Gold Coast started while texting details, arranging time and scope of the project to fix our carpet wrinkles. He responded quickly, worked around our schedule and did/charged exactly what he quoted - no surprises - it was great! Wish we would have hired Gold Coast sooner, value is huge and looks so much better now!

We plan to have Gold Coast come back next year to clean our carpet and tile grout.

There was no pressure or up selling, just the honest facts and what to expect; refreshing compared to all the other companies online.

Our project required all rooms in the house to be restretched because the builder's installer never stretched it - only 3 yrs old.

We used Nick at Gold Coast Flooring for a couple minor carpet repairs and to get our three bedrooms’ carpets cleaned. This business was recommended by a friend and it exceeded my expectations!
The carpets look amazing and practically new after being cleaned! As for the repairs, they’re flawless! You can’t see the repairs/patches unless you look really closely.
The prices are very reasonable and it is easy to schedule an appointment. If you’re in need for either cleaning or carpet repairs, this is THE business to hire!

Nick was responsive to contact and questions, scheduled quickly, and was on time to the appointment. He did a great job repairing an area of our carpet that was separating where it met the tile. Highly recommend!

Nick did a very professional job stretching berber carpet that was bunching. The job was done at a convenient time so I didn't have to take time off work, at a reasonable price. The carpet now looks as good as new. Highly recommend!

Nick from Gold Coast was great. I emailed him asking for an estimate to stretch the carpet in my bedrooms, and he responded right away. He showed up right on time, and my carpet looks great. He even tacked down the carpet in my closet that was coming up and wasn't part of the area being stretched. I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if I need carpet cleaning or other services.

Nick was great! Very friendly, professional and great pricing. Restretched carpet in our entire house. We are very happy with the results...looks brand new!

Already planning on tile/grout & carpet cleaning with him. Highly recommended!

Nick, the owner, provided prompt and quick service stretching carpet in two bedrooms. He arrived to the appointment early, was very professional, answered all my questions and did a great job. I plan to refer friends and family to Gold Coast Flooring and will use them again if/when needed. Thanks again Nick. Job well done!

Just had Nick of Gold Coast Flooring re-stretch our carpet, he did a great
job, our living room carpet looks great, actually looks better than it did when first installed 2 1/2 years ago. Nick showed up on time and was reasonable priced. I would recommend Nick to everybody and plan to use him again should the need arise. Terry D.

Was doing research to get my carpets either cleaned and stretched or replaced. Reached out to Nick via his website; quick response, quick appointment , quick bid and we were off! Nick was very honest about the condition of my carpet and stated what could be done and how it would look. I'm glad I went with Gold Coast Flooring. When I returned the carpet was BEAUTIFUL and the stretching job he did was exceptional! Hire with confidence!!!!!! Thank you Nick!

Our German Shepherd puppy tore up a corner of our carpet and we were so glad that we hired Nick to repair the damaged carpet. He was very easy to communicate with, professional, came on time, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Nick of Gold Coast Flooring did a very good job in stretching the wrinkled carpet of my rental before I put it for sale in the market. Nick was responsive, punctual, and completed the job within a short period of time. Also, I am a out of town owner. Nick completed the job perfectly on his own by following all the instructions provided. I consider Nick and his company reliable and highly recommend his service.
