Constraction reviews in Carmichael, California

We were most pleased with every aspect
of the service provided by SacSurfacePro.From their professionalism and competence to their friendliness and cleanliness, we have seldom been so impressed by a company’s performance. We wish SacSurfacePro much success and would not hesitate to recommend them

Matt did an excellent job with our quartz kitchen countertops. Highly recommended.

As a realtor, having clean floors and fresh grout is absolutely essential — and Matt, the owner of Sac Surface Pro, never disappoints! Matt and his crew consistently do an amazing job, and every time they finish a project, I’m blown away by the results. They’ve taken floors that looked beyond saving and restored them to their original beauty, saving both time and money.

Not only is their work top-notch, but they’re also incredibly reliable, always on time, and take real pride in what they do. I’m always super satisfied with their work, and I can’t recommend Sac Surface Pro enough!

Thank you, Matt and team, for your exceptional service!

We recently had Sac Surface Pro clean the travertine tile floors in our home & they did an INCREDIBLE job! Booking was easy, they were quick, professional & the results were honestly night & day. Our white grout had darkened over time & we can actually see the sparkles in our tile again - they look brand new! We've worked with Sac Surface Pro as a vendor through our Property Management business so we already knew the quality of their work but seeing it in our own home made us appreciate it even more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert tile/grout cleaning & any of the other services they provide.

We had a wonderful experience! The team provided a fair estimate, and was able to get the job completed quickly. We would absolutely recommend SacSurfacePro to others in need of any tile work.

We've been using their service since 2013 and they always do a great job every time! Never had a problem or whatsoever. The owner is so easy to talk to and very thrust worthy.

Great Choice!!!
We had our granite put in when we remodeled 18 years ago. It was looking pretty worn and needed to be taken care of. We were referred to
Sac Surface Pro to come out and polish & seal our granite in our Kitchen and 2 Bathrooms. It looks as beautiful as it did the day we put it in. They definitely worked their magic. We would recommend them to anyone needing to get their stone back to new. They do amazing work!!

Matt and his team Matt and RJ showed up on time. They sent photos of themselves

and cleaning date appointment via email one week prior. They helped move furniture. They sized up the square footage to clean with a laser tool and quoted my job in about 10 minutes. I agreed and the job was completed in a few hours.
Excellent company and services. I highly recommend SacSurfacePros!!👍🏻👍🏻

Years ago I had SacSurfacePro repair a chip in my kitchen's quartzite and this time had them reseal that same quartzite. Every time the workmanship and customer service has been outstanding and I would definitely recommend.

We recently moved into a home in Elk Grove where hard water is prevalent. The previous occupants must’ve been disgustingly lazy because the shower glass was horrific. I hired a cleaning lady and she proceeded to let me know there was nothing she could do to make the glass clear because it was manufactured as “frosted”. Since I was born at night but not last night, I searched for “shower door cleaners in Sac” I came across these guys, spoke with the owner and booked an appointment. I am highly impressed and would give another 5 stars if I could!! They did AMAZING!!!

Sac Surface Pro did a great job cleaning the tile on my bathroom floor and shower. The team was extremely professional and took great care of my home with their cleaning equipment.

We had Sac Surface Pro clean our and repair our Travertine Floors yesterday and they did an Amazing Job! Our Floors look new! RJ and Adrian were the technicians and were timely, efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable- as well as being nice courteous young men. I would highly recommend them as well as Sac Surface Pro.
Very Professional Company!

I have been using SacSurfacePro for many many years, and they do an excellent job every time! Their scheduling process is efficient and they turn ugly tile/grout into a work of art! I have also had them clean and seal my shower tile and glass, and it makes my showers look like brand new! RJ is a very hard working young man, and it is evident that he is proud of his workmanship. He also has a great personality and is very friendly, but always keeps working. So glad that I found SacSurfacePro!!

This company is awesome. The employees Matt and RJ, and the owner Matt are all very polite & professional. Matt & Matt did a phenomenal job cleaning our natural stone floors. The floors are 29 years old, but look brand new. I would definitely recommend SacSurfacePro!

Matt and the team at Sac Surface Pro did an excellent job at our home. They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. You can tell that they aren’t just looking to sell you on something and instead genuinely care about the materials being protected properly.

We’ll certainly be customers of theirs for the long run!

Matt & his team showed up on time and promptly gave us an overview of work order. They were efficient, answered all our questions and cleaned up after themselves. As owners of a new house that has not been occupied yet we appreciated the care Matt & his helper displayed with tools and shoe booties. Afterword Matt answered all questions we had about additional work we are considering at our old home. Overall, a great experience with a great company and employees, would highly recommend SacSurfacePro.

Matt and his team did a great job with our tile flooring - we had them do the whole house at once and they were efficient, respectful, thorough and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be using Sac Surface Pro again!

I highly recommend Sac Surface Pro. Matt and his technicians do great work. I bought a house with a white bathroom vanity (countertop) made of petrofina. Unfortunately petrofina is inexpensive fabricated material that etches and watermarks easily from normal use (forget what the builder says🤣). They were able to buff out all the etching and water stains and my vanity looks brand new. I didn’t know it was possible.

Matt was super knowledgeable about caring for travertine and marble tiles in our home, felt confident trusting him with the cleaning. They did a great job and both travertine, marble and glass shower look excellent!

Sac Surface Pro brought new life to our granite countertops. We had used a product that promised shine, but left a dull residue. Matt came to the rescue, and they look better now than when they were first installed about 7 years ago! Also Shanna was our organized and cheerful scheduler. What a team!

I contacted Matt, the owner of Sac Surface Pro, about cleaning and sealing all the stone surfaces in the house we bought last year. The stonework was Beautiful but dull, acid scratched and in need of some serious attention after many years of neglect. From the in-person estimate to the finish results Matt and his team are first rate and 5 stars across the board. And here’s why...

Matt’s knowledge was so reassuring I knew I was in good hands and any nervousness I initially had disappeared. Downstairs they cleaned and sealed my tumbled stone bathroom floor and kitchen back splash. My kitchen granite counters were polished and resealed and looked like new. He worked his magic on the spots and seams and overall surface. Matt even regrouted the space where the backsplash meets the granite counters. It had deteriorated over the years. He matched the color perfectly. The inset stone medallion imbedded in the hardwood floor entry was cleaned and polished to perfection. The attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. Upstairs they cleaned, polished and sealed the master bath travertine counters, travertine floor and our year old stone shower, the glass shower door was also cleaned and sealed. Everything was done to perfection. Not only were they conscientious and thorough they were a pleasure to have in the house. Their prep work was the best. My hard would floors were completely protected. I’m so happy with the job they did that I am having Matt and his team come every year to clean and seal. The stone work in our house will never be neglected again and I have the best of the best maintaining it now. Thank you Matt and your wonderful team at Sac Surface Pro. I give the highest recommendation without hesitation.
2024 and another amazing job by Matt and his hardworking team. Granite, tumbled stone shower and floors and glass shower doors look amazing. Your beautiful house is worth taking care of and Sac Surface Pros are the best.
