I used them for cleaning and maintenance for years. The pool guy who serviced the pool was fine. The office and communication was abysmal.

Response: You have to actually send invoices in order to get them paid.

My husband and I subcontracted the building of the pool ourselves, and it was AWESOME dealing with M & M. The work was outstanding quality. They offered some suggestions (e.g., waterfall placement, lighting) that ended up making the final product even better than expected. Mike, Derrick, and Kevin were all personable as well as knowledgeable. I highly recommend M & M!!

Would highly recommend M & M Pool Construction! The owner, as well as all of the technicians and service managers that we have dealt with go above and beyond for their clients. Their knowledge about pool equipment and plumbing is unmatched in the industry. They are extremely professional and reliable. It has been so wonderful to know that they are there for us if there are any issues with the pool equipment that they installed (recalls, etc.)

I highly recommend this business! My wife and I recently bought a house with a broken pool pump. I reached out to receive a quote to replace the pump, upgrade the filter, and convert the pool to a salt cell. Kevin their Service Manager came out to inspect the existing system. He was professional and able to answer all of our questions. We were then provided a detailed quote. The owner Mike was available to discuss any questions we had and answered promptly. Derek and the install team came out the next week. They removed the old system and installed the new one, including new plumbing, in three hours. During installation, an additional problem was discovered. The team was clear in explaining the problem and offered to install the part at cost. After install, Derek gave us a very informative walk through of the system and accompanying app and answered all our questions about the system and future maintenance. Kevin even returned two days later for a follow up visit to ensure we were satisfied with the service and check the chemical/salt levels were within the appropriate range. Overall, very satisfied that we went with M&M Pool Construction. Before and after photos attached.

M&M pool construction did a amazing job at my house. They did all the pool equipment and all the electrical they did an amazing job even when they were done Kevin showed me how to take care of the pool and he did a real thorough job and he's even still answering a few questions that I have even after months of it being installed. If you want to reliable company this is the one right here I appreciate everything they have done for me. I even had them do a few extra pipes under the concrete to lay electrical in the future. M&M was the subcontractor on my pool build through California Trademark Pool, and they exceeded every expectation. Derrick, the lead plumber/electrician, made it clear from day one that his priority was my satisfaction. He walked me through the plan, coordinated seamlessly with other subcontractors ,like the patio cover

crew that still needed to dig 30” footings, and kept me informed every step of the way.

Once M&M and Derrick were on site, I knew the project was in good hands. Their craftsmanship is outstanding, and Derrick’s willingness to explain things showed how much pride he takes in his work. Thanks to M&M, my pool was completed in just seven weeks, something that wouldn’t have been possible without their expertise and dedication.

I’ve had two business interactions with this company. 1st one went well, they showed up when they were supposed to, and fixed my electrical issue for a decent price. This is why they have 2stars instead of 1. Second time I called they never showed for my appointment and said scheduling was working on it, and they apologized. I called everyday for 4 days asking to get someone out and each time the response was “scheduling was working on it” I eventually gave up on their services, and went elsewhere. You can only go so long with no direct answer.

Robert had done a small job for us last year & we were extremely pleased with his work. When it came time for us to update & remodel our kitchen, he was the only one we considered.
Our home is older, so he updated electrical & plumbing to code as needed. We had cabinets replaced, counter tops & backsplash installed as well as appliances replaced. Robert is skilled in his craft, detail oriented & easy to communicate with. He made sure all aspects of our remodel were done exceptionally well & he even made suggestions to better the end result. It was a pleasure working with Robert & we wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to others.

My gracious!!! Our tub/shower transition to a shower makes us feel like we moved into a new home!! Robert (and his helper) made the update so seamlessly, gave great suggestions to help select the replacement parts and materials, cleaned up each day making it feel like the update was magic.
