Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my house for years. Never a problem with thier work! Rosario, Isabel, and Ivan are a great team.

The team did a wonderful job. They were very thorough yet respectful of our furniture and knickknacks, and followed some special requests we had. It’s so nice to have a super-clean home. Thank you!!!!

Team 12 came and did an initial deep clean for me today. Alma, Mose, and Carluis did a great job. They were on time, friendly, effiient and profesional and my house looks great. I look forward to having them come every week.

Not a transparent operation. When I called the intake center they explained that for a house of my size for a move-in clean it would take two cleaners two hours to fully clean the house at $70/hour. This seemed reasonable enough but once I spoke with the scheduling manager, Pattie, she insisted that it would require three cleaners at a minimum of two hours at $70/hour. She had the exact same information as what I had given the original person and nothing else that would indicate my home needed more attention.

Afterwards I called the intake center back to let them know there was some inconsistency in the quotes when they should be the same until the house is assessed in person. I then was left a fairly abrasive voicemail by the scheduling manager. I would not trust this company to follow through at their quoted price. What was originally quoted to be $280 for a move in clean could easily turn into a $600+ clean with how they tack on cleaners and hours.

We love our cleaning team. They are dependable and understand what we want. They clean our house beautifully every time. I like knowing that they are bonded and insured, and we have had the same team for over a year without a lot of turnover of staff. They cost more than hiring the new immigrant down the street, but they do a better job, and as I mentioned before, are reliable and consistent.

These ladies were the best!! 🤩 They were very nice, thorough, and took their time. I’m very satisfied and impressed with the attention to detail they put in. The quality of work and pricing was very reasonable, and as a mom, it’s so worth it! I highly recommend ✨

We have been with The Cleaning Authority for over 10 years I have quietly watched over the past few years and I cannot stay silent any longer. As the prices for service increase each year, the cleaning service gets exponentially worse. Nothing gets put back in its place when moved including shower heads, blinds, and all knickknacks. Items are not moved on the bathroom floors when mopping (I put a tennis ball behind one of the bathroom doors 6 weeks ago, and it hasn’t moved one centimeter). We have 4 BR and 3 1/2 BA and the cleaners are always finished in less than 2 hours. Even with 2-3 cleaners that is way too fast to do quality work. This is unacceptable, and I am not satisfied with the service we are currently receiving.

I’ve been using the Cleaning Authority for 3 years now. I had Team 11 come for my cleaning today. They did a wonderful job. Dusting ceiling fan blades, wood on the top and bottom of banisters on the stairways, dusting the cobwebs off of the ceiling lamps, and all the debris mess under the couches as well. The little girls were thrilled with the way their beds were made up too!

This team was the best team we have had to clean our house. They were detailed. Everything was cleaned. They were not in-and-out in 45 minutes like most others. They were here for 1 hour and 15 minutes. They did a great job and I hope they are always the team that cleans our house.

This is a new cleaning team for me and they were absolutely fabulous. Cleaning Authority has a number of teams some of which you might only get once, depending on how often or regular your cleaning schedule is. All of them are excellent. I have a monthly schedule. Team Six was amazing. The two ladies got things done beautifully. They were both Pleasant and professional. My house sparkles.

This is a repeat!! Same team and another long weekend to enjoy with a clean house!

They came VERY LATE!!!! Timing is Extremely Important! My Husband works from home and is frequently on international phone calls. Also, they came just prior to me starting DINNER!! NOT OKAY! I had grumpy boys eating leftovers!

I appreciate the women of Team 2: Maria, Angeles, and Aylene. I love how they have such big smiles when I open the door - it brightens my day. They are thorough, professional, and they do their jobs very well. July 10 - as usual a really good job and friendly workers. My husband and I are very frustrated with the often times 3 hour window of arrival. Too much waiting and checking the app.

We have been having lots of health issues in our family so it was like a gift to have your cleaning service come. My whole mental attitude changed when they left me with a clean house! My husband and I are 88., he has dementia and our son is a stroke patient that I care for. Your service was worth every penny and the staff they sent was amazing!! Will be seeing you every 2 weeks!

Just had first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority and I'm so very pleased. The three cleaners worked calmly and efficiently and got my house done in less time than I would have thought possible. And yet they did a fantastic job! Great attention to detail. I like the app for dealing with scheduling and payment. Highly recommended.

Update: I've now been using The Cleaning Authority for 3 months and am so very happy!

The team sent to me, on this second visit, had a team member who spoke english. This was very helpful to me, so I could explain things to the team. When I asked if something could be cleaned a bit better, they made it happen without excuses. Overall, this visit was better than the first one.
