Diana and Diana of the Cleaning Authority made our home SO much cleaner and I was very pleased with my first experience! During my second cleaning, Team 10 (Dolores, Cristina and Vianey) made my living areas and bedrooms amazingly dust free… and we have A LOT of photo frames to wipe down! The rest of my home looks and smells great as well. Thank you for your superior service :) Update: 8 months into using the Cleaning Authority, my usual crew (Team 9 Maria, Irais and Maria) do a great job consistently, and during a rescheduled clean due to travel, Team 10 including Cristina and Lilian did a fantastic job making our home look and smell SO clean!

They work together and are respectful and efficient as well as friendly. They are considerate of my environment and my belongings as well. They take care of my home as they would their own and the help they provide is helping me stay in my home longer and longer
I highly recommend them to any of my neighbors.
The main office is responsive to my calls and always gets back to me in a short period of time.
I have regular service scheduled twice a month and am so happy that I decided to have the Cleaning Authority staff help me with my housekeeping needs.

I just want to bring to your notice that cleaning done at my apartment couple of days back was really bad. I am getting very bad reviews from new owner. I am sharing some photos with you where the dirt was not cleaned even though it was a “Deep cleaning”.

We’ e been using The Cleaning Authority for our condo for close to a year now and have been extremely happy. The cleaning crew is always on time, very friendly, thorough and professional. On their most recent visit, 10/14, they even cleaned our oven (not part of our regular service) and it looks great! We have used The Cleaning Authority for every other week cleaning of our house for about 10 years now.. Always pleased with the work, we really appreciate the thoroughness of the work. Ever since restarting the service after covid, we have had their Team 6, led by Vianey, we have been very impressed with their work and how clean the house smells afterwards. We do try to make it easier for the cleaners, picking up the house and making the beds so that they focus on cleaning - and the results are everything we wanted!
