The owner Danny came out yesterday morning, it was a yucky situation first thing in the morning, he almost thought he might have to go get the serious machinery, it was a weird angle on pipe, but he figured it out without having to get the serious machinery. So glad I did some research and landed on Fig’s Plumbing for my clogged sewer main (yuck!). Super reasonably priced and they were able to come out to me on the same day. All in all a great experience to fix a not so great situation

Best plumbing service in town they get the job done right I had a clogged drain and they fixed my issue in a timely manner and they are so friendly and explain everything so you understand what’s going on. I had a new toilet installed, all went well, after a few months the toilet starting leaking they came out and replaced a "bowl seal" it seemed to work for a few weeks, unfortunately it continued to leak. We put a small pan under the bowl. Unfortunately we were out of warranty, we called back and they took a look at and told us that the bowl had a small crack & the whole toilet will need to be replaced at the cost of over $600.00. I am no plumber, we removed the bowl lid and found a hose clamp leaking (this toilet is a sealed system, no water in the bowl) we replaced the hose clamp and the issue was resolved. Very obvious leak. :(

Fig plumbing came out on a spur of the moment water main rupture and did an emergency repair on my home. Daniel and John were very professional and good people to deal with. They arrived when they said they would and fixed the rupture on a Saturday. I will definitely use their services again in the future. Thanks Fig Plumbing

We called at 4:30 on Friday of Memorial Day weekend with a broken water main and Daniel was at our house within an hour. He worked at our issue for a few hours on Friday night until he determined that because of our crazy water pressure that we needed some different parts which couldn't be obtained until the next day. He was at our house bright and early Saturday morning and got the problem resolved. He and his crew are very hard working and caring people! We highly recommend!

We used Figs Plumbing and we regret it. Daniel did not meet contract agreement. They installed bathtub, toilet and vanity. They failed to connect the vanity sink drain and it started leaking. He did not show up for couple days to connect it properly. We set appointment a week out to have tub shower door installed. We paid him the contract ageement amount which I wrote on check that it included the shower door istall and he then changed his mind and said it would be double what he originally agreed to. We decided to move forward and he calls the night before and stated we needed to find someone else to install it. He recommended a guy to install tile and the tile guy left areas without grout and medal framing not seated. Portions are not level and parts sticking out where someone could actually get cut.

Have used Figs on a few occasions and always very impressed. Our house was built in the 50's so nothing is ever easy. Everyone at Figs been professional, friendly and gets the job done right. Highly recommend!

Almost $900 for a pretty simple cracked connector on an outdoor water line seems kind of high. No senior discount, and they didn't clean up the clippers I loaned them to cut some roots, and they took the 3 towels I gave them to clean the mud off of the pvc line, rather than hosing them off. Bit disappointed as I've used them several times before.

Fig Plumbing wanted $499.00 to change out two faucet bibs that I got done through Arrow Plumbing for $199.00 think Fig may price themselves out of the market? Sure taking advantage of people.

Been needing to share how great this family run business is. I had a bit of an emergency, but I understand all plumbing issues tend to be emergencies. 😉 Fig's happened to be the first place I called and Daniel was kind enough to add my house as a last stop even though he already had a long day of work and had to finish the next morning. The woman who answered the phone was also curteous and professional. The price is reasonable without sacrificing quality of service. Thank you!

These guys are AMAZING! Daniel totally fixed the bathroom at our coffee shop. They came so fast, Nicole the receptionist was sweet as can be and helpful. The staff at Fig's Plumbing provided superior service. They tackled a big challenge with a tough clog and didn't stop until it was cleared. They went above and beyond to re-install the toilet and made sure things were cleaned up when done. Very reasonably priced. Thank you for the work.

Fig's Plumbing is a great find. Daniel, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was wonderful to work with. He gave me a quote, which was reasonable, before he started the work and then came in under budget by finding a less expensive solution to the problem. I would highly recommend him.

Usually plumbing problems start with something that feels like an emergency. Sadly that's not usually how it gets treated by a plumbing place. But I had heard good things about Figs. A local place thats been here for decades. So when my water heater stopped working I have them a call. I called on wendsday and Fig himself was there that day to assess the situation. He gave me a couple of choices at that time. I went out of town and called him the following Monday. By wensday I had a perfectly installed water heater. The work is immaculate. The price was fair. Fig himself was great. He was friendly and straightforward. Ive worked with enough plumbers to really appreciate his willingness to work around my schedule and situation and also to know that his pricing was very fair. It's not bargain basement prices but for the level of work you get he could charge a lot more. I'm very happy and I'll use Fig's for a long as I'm in sacremento.

What can I say other than simply fantastic people and a great business. I reached out via email, received a call this past Monday, and the broken pipe underneath my house was repaired today. Professional service and just a job well done. I feel my family has a plumbing company we can rely on with Fig’s. Thank you!!
