Reviews of local pros in Carmichael, California

Jon from Paradise was great. Prompt and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Not only did the Plumbing Pro completely fix the initial problem, but he diagnosed and fixed another issue with our shower flow that had been bothering us for months. I was so impressed and the shower problem was fixed at no additional charge. Thank you guys!

Jon came within an hour after I spoke with him on phone, checked the problem and immediately started to fix it. Very thorough and had the overflow fixed quickly. Checked to make sure dishwasher was working correctly and drain cleared. I would recommend him to anyone having plumbing problems.

I could not ask for better service (just when I thought it was a thing of the past). Jon kept me posted while waiting for parts, answered texts immediately, communicated everything so that I understood exactly what the job entailed & the cost. Aside from all that being perfect, he had a great permanent fix (which should have been done at installation in the 1st place.) Others bidding offered fixes that may or may not last. The best part was that he did a beautiful job! The sink & granite surround look brand new and are obviously not going to separate again now that the work was done correctly. I could not be happier. Paradise & Jon will be my go to for plumbing from now on.

Jon came out to fix a broken PVC outdoor faucet within 2 hours. He left it better than how it was before breaking. Ill definitely use his services again.

The team at Paradise Plumbing Pros were professional, courteous and prompt. I would use their services again.

Jon was extremely responsive, professional, friendly, and overall great to work with. We needed a bunch of faucets and angle stops replaced, and he was very communicative even with a lot of back and forth choosing new faucet fixtures, etc. It turned out that the job was harder and more time-consuming than expected due to the way the house was built, but Jon simply split the original invoice proportionally over the two days it ended up taking (instead of the original planned one), honoring the original quote despite the extra time and effort. I would absolutely use Paradise Plumbing for any future work we need done!

Jon was very polite and explained the situation. He answered all my questions patiently. He even covered his shoes when he came in. My issue was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this company! Great experience!

Paradise plumbing was able to get me in same day, I got a text they were on their way, super timely! Jon assessed the problem gave me 2 options for repair, returned with supplies and completed job-quickly! . He was great to work with and will be using Jon again for my next old house plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing Pros. Jon did a great job on new hardware replacements on both upstairs showers on 5/27/25, and again on 7/1/25 install of two new upstairs toilets. Very knowledgeable and meticulous! Both bathrooms spotless when he left. Would definitely use them again when in need of plumber for any plumbing needs. These two jobs were especially important, you can't be too careful with upstairs plumbing especially. Check out their website!

They were on time and efficient in completing the installation of a new hot water heater and the hot water pump as well as the shower work that could be done that day.

Jon, our plumber went WAY overboard to make sure we were happy with our plumbing challenges. And very professional.
Thanks Paradise Plumbing!

Talked to Todd on the phone to schedule and he was able to find a timeslot that worked for me on a right turnaround. Jon came out and performed the requested work with clear explanations.

Highly recommend these folks and we will be calling again!

Jon helped me to figure out the best plan to address issues with my very old plumbing without spending $$$. Good communication, and reliable service. Will be my go-to for future plumbing needs.

Great experience! Professional, friendly, and prices were honest. Would highly recommend Paradise Plumbing
Pros. for all your plumbing service needs!

Jon explained everything in his estimate perfectly so that even a 6yr old can understand, listens attentively and gives excellent customer service.

Paradise Plumbing Pros were awesome. Our sewer was starting to back up, in the past we’ve learned not to let it go or It becomes a major issue. I called first thing on a Monday morning, they were at my home in an hour and a half. Our sewer line from the house was completely root bound in two spots. They snaked the line and had a camera in the line monitoring the entire job. The whole thing was very professional, quick, and affordable. John is the man!

Jon is the best plumber we have ever had! The pipes were built too long, going uphill, in an old house, and I have had to call him frequently. He's fast, has warranties, is friendly, and very professional. And, he's honest!!! I can't say enough about the quality of work I have received over the years. He's cleaned the main drain, smaller pipes, replaced pipes, installed a two way cleanout, made my sprinkler turn on with one big knob, and installed a shower & toilet. Thank you Jon!!!!

It is August the 3rd 2025. This is an awesome company. They went out of their way to do the right thing. John and the rest of the guys are spot on. They replaced an outdated tankless water heater and updated it to code. I am more than impressed and happy with them. And I am hard to impress. Thank you I will use them again in the future.

Exceptional service to replace my water heater. I highly recommend this company and Jon explained everything about the process
A 5 Star review for sure

Jon and Todd are awesome. I own multiple rental properties and he has diagnosed and fixed some very interesting situations. Most recently, diagnosed an ejector pump seizure and replaced the pump in a difficult and tight area.
