The staff of Mr. Drain Plumbing - Greg, Elijah, Matt, Mike recently completed the project of removing the root invasion of our shower and toilet. We appreciated their willingness and efforts to do whatever it took to get the job completed as it was a big one involving demolitions tunneling through soil and concrete. They were efficient every visit and got finished when they said they would. I would recommend them for any plumbing job big or small.

Got a quote on Wednesday the 15th for around $3300 to replace a bathroom pedestal, new fixtures and valves. The quote stipulates that I purchased the pedestal and fixtures. I do that and unfortunately are on back order for a few weeks. I call and ask if they can just replace the valves for now so I can shut off the water to the leaky sink so it not leaking for 6 weeks. They say all good and I scheduled that replacement for sunday the 26th. On the quote for the valves they said it would be $400, all good. On sunday, the guy shows up and said they can't do $400 and said whoever quoted it didn't know what they were doing because apparently they wouldn't make any money at that price ( the parts cost $20 each) then he requoted me for $650. Clearly taking me for a ride, I asked him to leave. Fortunately I found another local plumbing company and they were able to help me, not trying to suck hundreds of more dollars out of me. I find it very unprofessional that even people within the company can't agree on what to share and even blame other team members. You should probably be on the same page.

Very nice guy and very knowledgeable, but he underestimated the age of my hot water heater. I’m probably would not have had it replaced because it was only seven years old instead of 30 years old like he told me. But, I was comfortable in enough, replacing it because it was already starting to give me problems and I did not want to go down that rabbit hole.

We hired Mr. Drain to replace our sewer line. It had been installed incorrectly when the house was built. It was a very significant project which required replacing over 100 feet of line running under my driveway. The trench they had to dig was over 8 feet in depth at one end. They did an outstanding job! The line has been replaced and the entire job site has been restored. Any damage done while digging the trench was repaired and tested. Other than the new concrete that they poured you can’t really tell they had been here. The job was completed in the time frame they quoted me and was significantly less expensive than we originally feared. We would like to express our gratitude to Trevor for overseeing the project and the entire crew who worked on it. They kept us informed about the project the whole time and answered any questions we had. They promptly addressed any concerns we had about the work. I would definitely recommend Mr. Drain for any of your plumbing needs no matter how big or small they are. Great company!

Had a great appointment with Collin, one of the technician. He showed up quickly within the time frame, quickly got to work. Auguring the toilet led to it getting pulled and a collection of roots coming out.

Collin was friendly, took care of my home and family. For future uses, I would recommend everyone use this company and team.

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars because of the great customer service! I had a very bad plumbing problem, and Dr. Drain Plumbing provided more than Great service. I called and they were booked up today but the owner squeezed me in within one hour. The service was very fast and professional. I would use Dr. Drain Plumbing again and would refer someone to use their services.

I would highly recommend Mr. Drain Plumbing! We had an issue with our toilet making a high pitched noise. When I called to make set up an appointment, the lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. She was able to schedule us an appointment the next day. Our technician, Adam, was very kind and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly, and the cost was much more affordable than I expected. We will definitely be calling again if we have other plumbing issues arise!

Replace leak and drain pipe up under sink, done a great job. And the technician was very nice and informative did a great job. And cleaned up all of his after work, left the restroom, very clean.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Drain. Ben came to my home immediately when I called about a pipe leak in my wall. He explained everything to me. My house is 60 years old. Trevor and Michael replaced my old bath and shower. Trevor also replaced my tiny shower in my master bathroom, added a new toilet, and installed beautiful flooring. The employees were prompt, thorough, and personable. I am very pleased with their attention to detail and wide experience in getting the job done right. Next year I will be hiring them again to change out my sinks.

Michael arrived on time and was able to get our existing garbage disposal working again. It's refreshing when a technician comes to work on our house and repairs the issue without insisting that the whole unit be replaced. He saved us nearly $800 by just making a simple repair. My son flushed 3 little toys down the toilet which clogged it. Collin Rochester was our technician. He was very professional, friendly and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Called Mr. Drain they gave me an appt for first thing in morning. They were very prompt in arriving and giving an estimate for a new water heater. Within 30 minutes they had sent out a technician to start the job he was very polite considerate and knowledgeable and got started right away. Kept me informed of different steps in the process of replacing the water heater and upgrading to meet all the code requirements for the new water heater they also took care of getting the permit from the city and arranging for a inspector to come out. Jose was very efficient in replacing and removing the old water heater and getting the parts that were needed advised me of what he was doing and finish the job later that afternoon I recommend this company highly they were very very thorough gave me the best service that they could for the price that we ended up paying on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 10 they checked all my boxes. Thank you so much Jose and Ben for your promptness in getting me hot water going back into the house I appreciate you.
