Flap was staying open in a newer sewer pump. L&R came and said new pump was needed. $1500 for "new" pump replacement/install. Short time later, same issue. Came back and charged another $250, saying "wasn't done right the first time" they came out, & they "don't guarantee the part" they had put in that now needed replacing again. So much for guaranteeing their work. Not sure I explained this thoroughly, but was VERY disappointed that they didn't make good on their work from their 1st install.
Gave 2 star instead of 1, because they were quick to come out.

They promised, but did not deliver... did not solve the drainage problem. The call back plumber 2 days later was a very good trouble shooter, found the clogging roots, took pictures, but had to get permission to make the repair. The office was to call me with an estimate of additional cost...12 hours later, I'm still waiting for a call back.
I will not be doing any more business with them.

Joe and Joel were fantastic! Quick to assess the problem with the hole in my water pipe. They had everything they needed and wasted no time replacing the pipe and made sure everything was functioning and no water leaks.

Amazing customer service! Our plumbing was backing up all over the bathroom. They had a technician out right away, he was great! He quickly figured out and fixed our problem. Beyond thankful, will definitely recommend to all my family and friends!

the gentlemen showed Up on time explained what they were going to be doing and approximately how long it would take cause I had been without hot water for a couple of days they were finished earlier than they said they cleaned up completely around where they were working. It doesn’t look like anybody was there and I appreciated their service so if you’re looking for a good plumber, I would recommend L&R plumbing You won’t be disappointed

Very neat. Cleaned up after opening the ceiling to figure out the problem. Left letting me know we will receive a call about returning for the repair and that the repair should be able to happen within a single day.

An angle valve under my sink started leaking so fast I had to shut off the main house valve. They were able to get someone out the next day to replace it and a few other old valves. Great friendly service. My go to plumber.

Greg came out within an hour of my call. Tony and Sr came right out and started working. We had Kitec plumbing that failed and wasn’t repairable. They replumbed the whole house with insulated pipe and much more. They were very clean and only cut sheetrock holes to fish all the new lines through. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. I am extremely happy with the job and have peace of mind knowing my house is no longer a ticking time bomb.

Excellent service from Ethan and Grayson. Ethan quoted and Grayson did the service. I had a handyman attempt to replace this, but he couldn’t get it right. Grayson knocked this job out quickly with no leaks. Thank you Mr. Drain. Prices are not cheap, but it’s worth it to have it done right with them the first time. And they’re guys represented this business very well!!!!

It was a week and a half with Ben,Tony, Jose, Olig,and Vasalayand they were all amazing. They were careful, nice and very responsible. They deserve a 5 star review and much more!

We had a major backup of the sewer system after Bonnie Plumbing fixed this same problem over a year ago. This time these plumbers seem to know what they are doing. We have a 50 year roof and now a 50 year sewer hookup. Grayson at Mr. Drain did a fantastic job, calling in help to make the process top notch.

Mr Drain came out within 2 hours to repair a major back-up issue & found a chronic issue that was causing our problems… decided to do major repairs & a crew of 7 was here into the night. Efficient, professional & cleaned up well. Very expensive, but if all is fixed for holiday guests & into the next years it will be worth it.
