Great communication and prompt service! All technicians and employees highly skilled, pleasant to work with and expedite the job expeditiously. We had a new sewer line installed with trench less technology that went smoothly with technician making sure our system was functioning very quickly. Joseph was our head technician and he was great and made us feel confident in the job every step. Thank you everyone at Mr Drain!

Derek and Mike did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were both extremely friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. They made sure I was comfortable with them moving inside and outside while I was working, and they were very mindful about keeping an eye on my cats so they didn’t slip out the front door. I really appreciated the extra care they took with that.

Before beginning the repair, they asked if it was okay to turn the water on and off so I wouldn’t be caught off guard, which showed great communication and consideration. They worked efficiently but never rushed, making sure the job was done right. They also ensured that the lines were properly drained, which gave me peace of mind knowing the house was protected from any flooding.

Overall, Derek and Mike went above and beyond with their professionalism and attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and their thoughtful approach made the entire experience stress-free. Owner/technician Greg came out this morning because water was backing up into our shower and he was absolutely awesome. Extremely friendly, punctual, and professional, laid out our options and cost expectations super clearly, and pricing was very fair without any upcharge for a weekend appointment. I had the best experience with using Mr. Drain, the plumber Elijah explained everything to me. Left a quote to either he could fix it and get part or allowed me to get part ordered and made the bill alot cheaper. Thank you so much for your expertise. Now let's hope it goes just as smooth with Home Depot. Once again I would recommend this company to folks.

I cannot say enough how pleased we were with Mr. Drain. From the initial camera look see and drain unclog with Chris, to the actual digging of a new sewer line with Rory and Derek, the experience was fantastic. We really appreciated how well they cleaned up each night leaving the sidewalk so tidy and ensuring safety. Everyone was so sweet with my mom who had just had knee surgery. Giving special accommodation to her with special alerts when water would be off and on, coming in to the house to let her know things personally. We really appreciated the T.L.C. - the owner Greg came personally to explain everything too. They answered our 10,000 questions with patience and smiles. All in all such a good experience. Joseph Greer (technician) was extremely proficient when he replaced our bathroom sink faucet, which was old and obsolete. He thoroughly explained the process of the work to be done, guided me on the materials that will work efficiently and look nicely in our bathroom, and even gave me pointers to make our faucet last longer. He is a very professional technician, and truly personable. I’m fully satisfied with his work. A five star rating for this individual.

They were technicians extraordinary! From the moment they arrived, their expertise was obvious. They pulled a foreign object out of my shower drain that looked like it had been lodged there since 1990—it had its own zip code and probably paid rent 😂. The drain is now flowing better than ever, the work was fast and clean, and everything was explained clearly. I’ve officially found my company for all my plumbing issues—hopefully not anytime soon, but when I do, they’re my first call.

Adam was past amazing and professional. He explained everything in detail and helped me come to the best solution for my plumbing problem. I felt like I could trust him and that he was not giving me false information. He actually came out in the morning and let me think about which option I wanted to do and made time at the end of his day to come fix our problem. We found Mr. Drain on Yelp rated #1 for a reason. Our experience with this company was even better than we had hoped. They expended our expectations on every level. My career was centered around customer service and I am often disappointed with my interactions with businesses these days. Not here. Our plumbing emergency needed pretty quick response. The woman who promptly answered the phone was so good. Cheerful, engaged and focused. We called at the end of the day and they were there the next morning. The problem was diagnosed, investigated further, and the underlying issue was discovered and well explained. The job and cost were clear. They brought in the people to do the work. Each time we came out to watch they showed us what was happening, including the old damaged drainage pipes, the new replacement parts and how it would resolve our problem. Each person appeared in a text and email with their picture and bio. All were friendly and focused on our problem. The trucks and equipment were impressively painted with their logo and sparkling clean. They finished the job same day left the area clean and emailed the invoice and pictures to us. This business is next level and we will be sure to refer them to our friends and neighbor. Thank you to Ed, Antonio and their helpers for your excellent work!

Ben and Jesus did a banger job of hydroblasting our sewer lines, averting disaster in and under the kitchen. They scoped out the problem and worked diligently to diagnose the causes and moved quickly and efficiently to explain our options, attack the problem, and clean up the mess. Follow-up scoping helped diagnose a longer term issue with the pipes and for the Pros to develop and estimate a more permanent solution. Thanks a million Ben and Jesus of Mr Drain!

The best service we have ever had with a plumber. Very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what had happened and how to prevent this issue in the future. We will be using him again this month and we look forward to it!

Jose Serrano put in a water heater for me same day. He came once the owner had stopped by to quote the job and stayed until it was done well. He was here over 6 hours. The price was higher than I expected but the workmanship made it worth it. I would call them again.

Greg the owner was assigned to my job this time (second time having them out). Super great, friendly, and professional guy. Was really quick and efficient and fixed two items I had in less than 20 minutes. Was also able to come the same day I called. Really affordable too. Totally recommend them.

The home PRV (Pressure Relief Valve) failed causing far too much water pressure in our home. This could have caused damage to anything related to plumbing including copper pipes, pipe seals, water heater, toilets, dishwasher etc. Also the pipes were improperly installed when the house was built. Joseph had to replace the whole system correctly. All work was exemplary. Completed above expectations.

If you ever need anything to do with plumbing, Mr Drain are the people to call, they're Technicians that did the work for me, Grayson Crowley and Ceaser, made the job of changing out my sewer line look easy and they did a complete re-plumb and re-pipe in a 7 day's time well 1 day was for inspection which it past with flying colors. Grayson made sure that the job was done to his own strict standards, my house is old and he made sure that their work would probably outlast the house or it's occupants it definitely added value to the house, where it was lacking before, the greatest thing about these people they told you up front what the cost was going to be and there was no additional add on fees for problematic situations that arose, when you look at the work after it's done and the water pressure you have you smile and think that was money well spent. A great investment to an old home. I thank Mr Drain and Grayson Crowley and Cesar Loya for the great job they did.

Good morning Mr. Plumber Mgmt: Grayson Crowley and Robert were outstanding professionally oriented and customer focused technicians. They were extremely committed to attempting completion of the project within one day. However, due to the necessary layers of compacting required for backfill the project ran into two days, and they relentlessly completed the job with the same vigor they demonstrated on the first day. My compliments to Mr. Plumber for employing such dedicated technicians as I emphatically state JOB WELL DONE!

I called them when my water heater started leaking, and they were able to come out the very next day. Upon arrival, Greg thoroughly explained what was happening and walked me through several options, including replacing the existing tank with a similar model or upgrading to a tankless system.
I’ll be candid — the quotes were not inexpensive. I didn’t have the luxury of shopping around extensively because I needed the issue resolved quickly. A brief comparison suggested the pricing may have been somewhat higher than average. That said, when I asked whether they could complete the work the same day, Greg immediately confirmed they could. Within minutes, he coordinated with his team, arranged for the selected equipment, and within about an hour they were removing the old unit and installing a brand-new tankless system. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my property. The installation area is surrounded by white carpet, and they took extra precautions to fully protect the space and keep everything clean. While the cost may be on the higher side, the same-day resolution, efficiency, professionalism, and care they demonstrated fully justified the price. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the outcome.

I was referred to Dr. Drain Plumbing when I tried to wash my hands and had no water to the house. After calling Dr. Drain Plumbing, I schedule an appointment for them to come as soon as possible. I received a text message that the technician Gregory Bray was on his way. Gregory dug up the area and found the large break in the pipe. One of the reasons was the pipe was never installed correctly when the house was built. The pipe was to close to the surface and then the snow came and low temps.
The repairs took two days due to some issues with the glue. The new pipe was installed lowered, covered with installation and the dirt put back in the area.
The crew was extremely friendly, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing.
I so appreciate the amazing service!

The only thing I wished is I would have asked for a senior discount (10%) which would have helped a lot with the cost. I always forget about this discount.
